I couldn't sign up fast enough, after my first evening workout. The Jiu Jitsu instruction is solid. Brian McLaughlin has a lot of knowledge to pass on, and his students benefit from his enthusiasm and desire to teach. The advanced class is before the lower level class, which is opposite of most places. Kids classes are also offered, and there are TVs in the sitting area to watch your kid and get yourself motivated to sign up for your own classes. Most boxing classes at other gyms are focused on just cardio or fitness bag work. Not so much here. You are going to get a solid boxing coach and training with drills to solidify what you learn.
