The class is organized in warm up, punches, kicks, forms, free style fight, and closing. Thanks to the lifted restrictions, mask is no longer required. From watching them practice, I really appreciate how patient yet firm sensai is with the kids. My daughter loves the class and looking forward to her continuous training with sensai.
