We were taken to a room within 10 minutes of arrival. The ED physician was waiting on us and after assessing her he made a plan and explained it thoroughly. The nurses, the techs, the physician, were amazing. We've experienced exceptional care since we've been here. I went in with a severe issue all they did was give me fluids and Dr couldn't care less told me to follow up with my Dr next week. with the issue I was having I literally would have died. two days later I ended up needing help I was rapidly getting worse so I went to Baylor Scott ER the Dr was so concerned with my labs actually sat with me talked it through. I got the BEST care and they figured out my issue. Providence ER is just sad and complete waste of time and money. Ive been a few times over the years as I have a weak body, each time they have not helped me at all. Please just go to Baylor Scott and White ER.

For this visit I was there for almost 4 hours for something that I should have been there no more than 1.5-2 hours!!! Their office told me it was OK I did that and booked me an appointment a month away. I called multiple times to move it up because I NEEDED HELP. They call me the week of my appointment and tell me they cannot see me because I stopped seeing him in December and will not let me see another doctor in their office, even though they made mistake by waiting so long to call me. Dr. Park himself cannot remember anything spoken of at a previous visit. He could not even remember where I worked. Why not just review my chart before you see me? Absolute TERRIBLE, unprofessional, dirty and uncomfortable office. I'm BAFFLED this place is allowed to be in practice, especially Dr. Park.
