I went here for a mammogram. I'm not sure why my doctor has me go to Canby when I live in Gladstone but that's ok. It was an easy drive there. Plenty of parking, easy check in. I got there early and they got me in a little late. The imaging was pretty painless though and I was out pretty quickly. I haven't paid my copay yet. I had a good visit there though. Everyone was super friendly and I was served with urgency. So much so that the doctor (or P.A.) ushered me out faster than it took me to walk from the lobby to the treatment room. I went in with ear pain, he looked in my ears and told me to take Claritin and wait it out. Two weeks later I'm still a mess but now with more symptoms. And I got a bill for $300+ for his flashlight in my ear - 45 seconds at most! I'll NEVER return. read more

I have been here 3 times in the last year for various illnesses. Each staff member I interacted with were wonderful and so helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place! I visited Canby Emergi care on 2/7/25. I was met by a receptionist-intake person behind not just a piece of glass, but also double computer screens blocking her face from me completely. She asked m questions but due to all the obstructions and my senior hearing I told her I couldn't hear her. She didn't care and I eventually figured out what she was saying by moving over to the 4 inch gap so I could try to read her lips. They got me right in and the nurse was very nice and caring. That ended when the male Dr. arrived and after a brief opportunity to state my condition insisted I should be prescribed Prednisone. I said that was not effective for my Bronchitus and he refused to give me a z-pack. I asked him to look in my chart on past history from my Primary but he refused. 6 Pills of Prednisone was all I got. I ended up getting into my Primary Dr.'s office and getting a Z-pack. My time at Canby Emergi was a waste and I was not listened to or respected while there. Do not go there!!!! And by the way I live in Canby NOT San Fran!!!!!!! Really Yelp!!!!!! read more

I was miserable with what felt like- an ear infection. Loved the online booking and easy to find location. After waiting for the Dr. 40 minutes, in a small room, I was pensive and in pain when he finally came in all calm and nice. I told him how I felt and he launched into a long, personal story unrelated to my ear pain. While he was a sweet family man-I was an in pain client, that was uncomfortable. We really like going to the Providence clinic in Canby. We have always had good care. This time however I felt kind of short changed with my visit. Came in with massive headache residuals. BP was 171/100 when I left the office. No meds or shot given to help lower my BP before I went home. Being only 47 that number scares me and everyone seemed just fine with it. No reassurance that I should be fine. Just go get your meds and take one that night. I know I am young but young people can have strokes or heart attacks because of oversight. I also have history of both in my family. This is the first time I have had a high BP and would have liked to have a little more reassurance read more

I had to go in for an in person visit. The person who screened me at the door set an awesome tone of professionalism and kindness. The employee That checked me in was helpful and pleasant. The PA that saw me was friendly, and upbeat while maintaining a professional and knowledgeable demeanor. It took almost 3 hours to go through Urgent Care. After and hour and a half we finally made it back. Then waited another 1 1/2 hours to see the doctor and be able to leave. Completely unreasonable and unprofessional. So disappointed! read more

I got no help. I went in with pain from lymph nodes to inside my head behind ear. I could not sleep the night before. I already take 600mg ibuprofen two or three times a day. I was told to take more, and tame some Tylenol as well ,and hope if clears up. This is not the first time I had pain there. My primary care physician was too busy to see me this week and I was told to go to urgent care. The doctor never even felt my lymph nodes by my throat where it hurt. I am requesting a refund for my co-pay from the finance office. After an hour hold on the phone. I was told to call back in two days and then request the refund again. It will not allow me to select no stars. read more

I have been going to this Urgent Care since they first opened up years ago. I don't think I have ever been treated less than top notch at this facility. They are very consistent and provide the same care now as they did before Covid. This is my second Covid screening test through them, and they are just really professional, follow protocol, yet they really remain friendly. Super impressed as always. read more

I went to this urgent care facility for an extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing reason that I've been dealing with for almost two years, but this specific day was just worse than ever. This was my first time in an urgent care or emergency room setting and I cannot tell you how perfect it was. Everyone was so genuine and sweet. I never once felt embarrassed or looked down upon as gross or dramatic. I only wish I was able to remember everyone's names. I was there on a Tuesday, had a male doctor, and two female nurse assistants. They were all so friendly, offered me compassion and even a hand to hold during my examination. I left there feeling 10x better (emotionally) and they were able figure out what was going on with my body, which feels life changing, considering I've been dealing with this for two years now. Thank you all so much for what you do. As much as I hope I never need to be back there for health reasons, I do hope to have the opportunity to show my appreciation in person. read more

This place is a nice, clean facility that I was happy to take my wife in for a leg injury. I appreciate the quick care she received and the back office staff was very friendly. The CMA took us back and did vitals efficiently and apologized for a little wait but as soon as we stepped out there was an LPN who was there for a brief exam and ordered an xray before the NP even showed up. So the picture was taken and ready for the provider before even saying hello! My only problem comes from the front desk registration. In particular they have you sign on an electronic pad for two things. But there were no documents present. All the receptionist said was the first was for HIPAA and the second for the consent to treat her. But I'm sure there is more to it than that. At least have a lamentation copy out for people to review if they so choose or have the receptionist provide more detail than "HIPAA and consent" because there's a lot of fine line to cover. Also on a side note, they have a little note pad for people to sign in and then flip over to keep their place in line. I feel that this could be a HIPAA breech as I could clearly see the person's name who signed in ahead of us through the paper. Not to mention anyone could easily flip the papers back over. Having said that I would go back for immediate care needs, but I will ask for the documents being signed for and not use the note pad system. read more

I felt unheard when meeting with the doctor. I was diagnosed with Covid on Aug 5. She gave me no solutions except the Covid vaccine. It's difficult for me to trust a doctor that gives no solutions other than a vaccine. My naturopath at least has recommended immune system building vitamins and deep breathing exercises. The only thing I heard from doctors is that unless you need oxygen or a ventilator, we can't help you. Why are you not looking at the research that has come out for natural protocols that help? If we could have access to some of these medications like ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine ahead of time, we could help people get well earlier. read more

With so many sick with the flu or virus I was very hesitant to seek help for my shoulder and arm pain, so much so that I waited three days in pain with no sleep until I just couldn't take it anymore. I looked up Urgent Care and being in Molalla the closest was just across the street from me, but not one review had a single nice thing to say about it. I was not going to gamble in this much pain. I chose the Canby Providence location and I'm so very glad I did. I was treated by very friendly and helpful staff that got me in and registered quickly and smoothly. I was then told where to go to wait to be seen by a doctor. I was barely in the waiting room 5 minutes when I was called back and after yet another friendly caring moment of taking vital signs and etc. the doctor came in and talked me through my pain and what was causing it. Not only did she take all the tine I needed to feel confident I relayed my problem correctly to her, but that she understood and was there to help. Although I left in still a considerable amount of pain(they are not miracle workers) lol more did I expect them to be, they sure were heaven sent. I went into this place because I had a feeling that I had strep throat. When I got there yes of course they were all nice. When I got back in the room, the dr just looked in my mouth and told me I was fine. The next day, I went to a different urgent care with even worse symptoms then the day before. They actually tested me and told me I had strep. Strep can kill you! They should've actually tested me before letting me go! Will not be appearing at this place again. read more
