People are located in Haslette, Michigan tripping and falling and the long story that repairs are coming is unacceptable . Get some yellow safety paint to paint bright paint on curbs and step up to another level and note areas on different levels, put cones over broken concrete. People pay high rent and deserve a safe environment.

So I requested they only send her. She was fantastic and took time with my mother. I also care for my 1 year old granddaughter so the help was appreciated. Most of the time the caregiver did not know if she was supposed to report to us or not. She was confused. They said they would not send a new worker each time but did. Patience suffering with dementia need to see consistency and she did not get this. They sent a different caregiver practically every time. One time the cancelled the charges because it happened. Some of the caregivers worked on homework 80% of the time and sat in the house while my mom sat outside. I set up automatic payments for my convenience. They withdrew whenever a payment came due. They are very expensive. The last withdraw would not go through. I called the bank and they said they were trying to send it to her checking account. I told them several times she did not have a checking. Then they told me to send a check to the address they sent. Why should I because you all don't follow directions and submit a payment correctly? So I called the bank again and was told the same thing again. I emailed them to have them resubmit it. I just want to be done with this company. I did my research and they did not deliver.
