The restrooms were fully stocked with amenities like napkins, towels, and mouthwash. Parking was adequate, even with the overflow crowd. The staff provided excellent service. They ignored my nephews grandmother and told her she couldn't be with her daughter who was burying her son. My uncle, my mother's ( grandmother of the deseased) brother, wasn't allowed into the chapel. I spoke ro the "director" they said only family was allowed. Mind you my nephew, my sisters son was being buried. Meanwhile non-blood stranger were allowed in. They said only certain people were allowed in to the service and they wouldn't allow us. My sister had no idea they wouldn't allow her family in. Repulsive people that runs this place. This place should be shut down. They not only are unprofessional but very racist. Shame on them. Vulgar and ill-trained. Filing a complaint with the State. ZERO stars.... disgusted by their behavior.
