    Brides, look no further because I promise that Kristine is the planner that you need. It is thanks to this brilliant and talented gem that my wedding reception even happened! Two weeks before our wedding, my (now) husband and I cancelled the indoor wedding reception that we had originally planned because of covid. In less than two weeks, Kristine was able to pull off a new reception in my backyard. Before we hired Kristine, we thought it was impossible to plan a new reception in such a short amount of time. Kristine not only made it happen, but she blew us away with a STUNNING reception. It was like a fairytale!!! I could not believe that my boring backyard was transformed into a professional outdoor venue. Our guests couldn't believe it either! They all commented on how magical the event was - and rightfully so. It was a sight to see, with a glossy white dancefloor, romantic string lights, dozens of candles, and a lush head table. We still receive compliments on how beautiful everything turned out. It was especially incredible because of the short amount of time we had to make it happen. Kristine made the entire planning process stress free, despite the fact that so much had to be done in such little time. She coordinated with vendors leading up to the event, supervised vendors setting up for the reception, and made sure things were running smoothly during the reception itself. She was very professional and easy to work with from beginning to end. To say she is amazing would be an understatement. I would trust her with my life, so it's safe to say you should trust her with your wedding. HIRE HER!!!!!!!!!

Since our venue did not provide any services, we hired all of our own vendors. 3LB was essential in ensuring everyone was coordinated and in place on the wedding day. Additionally, because we used rentatheirl equipment, their staff ensured everything was set up exactly according to our instructions. I want to specifically highlight our wedding day coordinator, Jennifer. She was terrific and served as a calming influence throughout the day, ensuring everyone was where they needed to be. I cannot recommend Three Little Birds enough. To anyone considering their services: do yourself a favor and hire this team; you won't be disappointed.

    We had an unbelievably disappointing experience with 3 Little Birds for our chairs and linens…read morerentals during a corporate event. The team arrived almost an hour late, several seat cushions were visibly stained and even molded, the cushion covers were not all the same color we had asked for when booking, and some of their staff were rude to us. Members of our own team had to jump in to cover cushions, tie them to chairs, and set them up to attempt an on-time event start, despite having had many other things to take care of for the event. At one point, our own executive leadership, who had arrived to attend the event, were helping assemble chairs just to keep things moving. Post event, we expressed our extreme disappointment, and after some back and forth over the course of weeks, the company did acknowledge the issues and agreed to provide a partial refund. Unfortunately, despite months of follow-up and repeated assurances, it has now been over FIVE months, and the refund has still not been provided. I normally prefer to handle situations like this privately and give disappointing companies the benefit of the doubt. But the lack of follow-through and accountability has been incredibly frustrating here, so much time has been wasted with nothing to show for it. I am sharing our poor experience, complete with photos of how the rental items arrived, so others can make an informed decision when considering booking with this company.

Most notably was how Claudia handled the extreme weather that caused us to have to change venues, 2 days before our wedding. I'm so thankful that she orchestrated an outdoor ceremony, which was my goal, and designed the most beautiful interpretation of my dream in a completely new space.     If I could give this place zero stars, I would…read more We booked this venue for my wedding under previous ownership and were never told it would be sold. That alone set the tone for everything that followed. We tried to move forward in good faith, but dealing with the current management--specifically Siran--was one of the worst experiences I've had in any professional setting. From day one, it was constant disorganization, poor communication, and an attitude that made us feel like we were a burden for simply planning our own wedding. We showed up for a scheduled visit with family and were left standing there because no one was there to receive us. No direction, no coordination--just nothing. Meanwhile, there was active construction going on, which we were never warned about. We were also told early on that the LED screens could be covered if we didn't want them. Later, Siran flat-out denied ever saying this and spoke to us as if we were making it up. Multiple people heard the same thing, so being treated like we were lying was beyond unprofessional. And that became a pattern. At one point, I messaged about making an additional payment. Not only did Siran never respond, but when I followed up, she told me I was lying about ever sending the message. I then sent her screenshots proving that I did, in fact, text her--and instead of apologizing, she just moved on like nothing happened. No acknowledgment, no accountability. Just completely brushed off. So not only did she not respond, she didn't even read my message fully. When we mentioned we had arranged chair rentals, her response was confrontational and inappropriate--asking what she was supposed to do with "her chairs," as if we had somehow wronged her by making a decision for our own wedding. Basic questions--like vendor arrival times--were met with vague answers or hesitation. We wanted better alcohol than the one the venue provides, so I asked Siran if she could send me an updated contract reflecting the prices. She did not respond and later told me that I was changing things too much. And even with our wedding a month away, we STILL never received an updated contract outlining finalized details like alcohol, pricing, or staffing. Let that sink in. Communication overall was terrible. Messages ignored, questions dodged, and when we asked for something as standard as an email address, we were met with attitude and questioned why we even needed it. In 2026, that's honestly absurd. After all of this, we checked reviews since the ownership change and realized this isn't a one-off situation. The same complaints come up again and again--disorganization, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior. Unfortunately, we experienced all of it firsthand. Planning a wedding is stressful enough. This venue made it genuinely miserable. We ultimately cancelled because we had zero trust in their ability to execute anything properly. If you value your time, money, and sanity, do not book here.

We originally signed our contract under the previous ownership and paid a deposit at that time, with no disclosure whatsoever that the business would be sold. After finding this out, we still chose to move forward in good faith with the new team. Unfortunately, that effort was not matched. From the beginning, there were serious issues with communication and professionalism. When we visited the venue with family, there was no one there to receive us, and we were never informed that there was active construction taking place. That alone set the tone. We were also clearly told that the LED screens could be covered if we chose not to use them. Later on, this was completely denied, and we were made to feel as though we were being dishonest for even bringing it up--even though multiple family members remember that exact conversation. At a later meeting, when we informed them that we had arranged chair rentals, we were met with frustration and questioned as if we had done something wrong, instead of working with us. This kind of unprofessional and uncomfortable interaction became a pattern throughout the process. Simple and important questions were difficult to get clear answers to. Even basic logistics like vendor setup timing were unclear. Communication overall was extremely inconsistent, with messages going unanswered--including a direct inquiry about where to send an additional payment when we were ready to move forward. Most concerning of all, with the wedding only a month away, we still had not received an updated contract reflecting agreed-upon details like alcohol selections, pricing, and staffing. That level of disorganization so close to an event like this is unacceptable. On top of that, when we asked for an email address to communicate more efficiently, we were met with a dismissive response questioning why we would even need it, which only reinforced the lack of professionalism. After reading other recent reviews, it became clear that our experience was not unique. Many of the same concerns--poor communication, lack of organization, and unprofessional behavior--are being reported by others as well. At the end of the day, this is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and we could not risk it being handled this way. We made the decision to walk away. What is especially concerning is that despite the fact that our $5,000 deposit was paid under the previous ownership--and despite all of the issues outlined above--the new ownership is now refusing to return it. This is completely unreasonable and not right in any sense. We paid for a service that has not been provided, and under these circumstances, withholding that deposit is unacceptable. We are actively pursuing resolution and expect this to be handled appropriately.

She came to all of my appointments with me and even sometimes without me, since I was so busy at work. She is extremely organized which makes everything easy and smooth, she is calm, cool and collected and if there are any problems at the wedding, I had no idea because she would just take care of it. When it comes to the design and look of your event, you just tell her your vision and she already knows how to bring that to life. Every single detail was taken care of, even the ones I knew nobody would even notice was perfectly arranged. I highly recommend Mod About Events to plan any of your future events! I can't wait to work with her again for my baby shower!
