The manager (Ulises) and the maintenance guy take action promptly when they are made aware of maintenance issues. The maintenance guy deserves credit too. We had an issue with a bedroom door that made a loud noise when it was opened, and it only took him a few minutes to fix it! On top of doing the work right, the maintenance guy is very friendly, which is great because you feel comfortable when he's working in your unit. If anyone is looking for a clean apartment with a great manager and maintenance crew, this is your place. The price is worth the peace of mind.

I observed the on-site property manager's wife approach a tenant's guest while holding a child and carrying what appeared to be a stick, threatening violence. The property manager himself was yelling aggressively, including threats like "I am going to bash your head," before sheriff deputies arrived. The entire situation became chaotic once law enforcement showed up for both parties. In my opinion, the behavior displayed was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate for individuals responsible for managing tenants and overseeing residential property. I also witnessed what appeared to be harassment and profiling of young Mexicans, with assumptions being made about people being gang members. What is most concerning is that the company appeared to immediately side with their employee without fully understanding the situation or investigating all sides of the incident. Property owners should expect professionalism, communication skills, and responsible conflict resolution from the people managing their investments. Based on what I witnessed, I did not see those qualities demonstrated here.

They were awesome from start to finish. Tuba helped with the condo sale with incredibly valuable staging advice that helped us get a very good offer, above our asking price, on our condo. It took a week to stage and a weekend to sell. Every contingency was released early. Every detail went off perfectly. They helped us look at many places, before we chose and bought our house. They set alerts for the exact neighborhood, school district and dimensions we wanted. We were always first to look, when anything hit the market, because they were so on top of the new MLS listings and communication. The market was very tight. This rapid response was a huge advantage to us. Sinan was so funny and helpful. He's awesome to look at new properties with, because he'll have you cracking up with his stories and observations, as you drive and look around. Whenever my husband and I had any tension or disagreement with each other about our priorities, Sinan's humor was there to save the day and keep us on track toward our common vision. It's almost like having a couple's therapist on hand to work with them, because as a couple themselves, they seem to get the ins and outs of marital negotiations. ;) Tuba was very thorough and knowledgeable about all of the paperwork and stayed on top of a fairly complicated sale, that had four owner/sellers, who didn't get along, and kept stalling on responses to spite one another. Their agent wasn't as knowledgeable or good at getting them to cooperate, so the sale could go through within the required timeline. It could've gone south numerous times, because of the sellers' issues with each other, but Tuba kept pushing things along, like a champ. She caught every missing date and document the sellers threw at us, and made sure everything went exactly on schedule and by the book. Rely Realty found a very thorough inspector who helped save us time and money in escrow by catching problems with the house that got us money back from the sellers at closing. They recommended a very smart and helpful loan officer and made sure we were preapproved, knew our exact budget in a number of possible scenarios. We were ready to roll within days, and before we saw properties or listed our own home. Tuba and Sinan were also helpful and knowledgeable about excellent and affordable contractors and vendors to assist in our remodel of our new home. We wanted to buy a fixer and make it totally our own. We saved a bundle of money by working with Rely Realty to find and finish our dream home. They got those tricky sellers to allow us to bring in vendors to the home, before closing, so our plan of action and materials were all completely in place the minute we closed. We finished our remodel on time and in budget. It was like a construction miracle. If you're looking for a realty company that is a one stop shop to connect all those intimidating real estate dots, Tuba and Sinan at Rely Realty are the best! Call them! You'll have fun and get the home you dream about.

We found a great 5 bedroom house in La Mesa on Craigslist. It's managed by Safe Harbor and we've been living in it since May of 2013. Ginny and all of her office staff (and even their handyman Ken) have been very friendly and helpful.

Genmar was extremely responsive and reacted to any problems we had without hesitation. She also aided me in swapping my parking spot with someone so I could park my motorcycle.
