UPDATED REVIEW. After speaking with PSE I was told that the "complete retainer (bill) must be paid up front, in full if job is under $3000" statement is in the contract I signed. And yes it is on page 3. However I signed the contract based on conversations I had with PSE employees, and was told I was to pay a deposit on (retainer) and then pay balance before getting final product. When I reminded PSE employee about the comments made, I was told that verbal comments are not the same as a contract. No they are not. So we decided not to do business, I found some other company in 30 minutes that does work on a deposit first and then balance before prints are provided policy. Yes I'm sorry we couldn't do business either. However I'm just used to verbal comments being the same as what's in the contract I sign. But appearently not this time. I'm sure PSE is not at all affected by losing one small client like me. Good luck to them as well. I'm not trying to say everyone gets treated this way by PSE. I'm just saying that was my experience, and wrote a review based only on my experience. read more

PSE is a company that can be trusted. I had the pleasure of working with Chris and Lance. They were easy to work with and always available by phone or email and they made you feel like you were their most important client. I had recently lost a member of my family and money was tight for my project. PSE bent over backwards to help me stay on budget. As a licensed general contractor and owner builder, we often feel roped into the added expense of hiring an engineer to satisfy the Building Department requirements, I know I did. Nevertheless, PSE is my solid recommendation. They offered me a fair and reasonable price for their work. Their work was professional and impressive. Even when an addendum was needed it was done quickly.
