He confirmed what the workers told me and also said I was acting "chicken shit". I couldn't believe the unprofessional, confrontational attitude of this wannabe tough guy. I told him in 30 years of doing business I'd never heard of a company that refused to itemize the bill!? He said if I didn't like it I could open my own fencing company.
