PSI Nightmare I regret not using my $450.00 on buying more books for spiritual self-help​ and spa treatments and I am glad I asked for a REFUND. My experience was just a long 2 days defined by psychological and emotional abuse, and insults, with the 3rd day devoted to HIGH-PRESSURE​ SALES tactics for us to sign up for more seminars. The best way I can describe my experience is that I was locked in a room with people to attend a seminar led by a vulgar, tyrannical, sexist, foul mouthed chauvinist who used prhrases such as "your butt hole is going to pucker up" YES you read correctly, I counted 40 uses of the phrase in 1 day. I expected more from a teacher or group leader, shameful that he could not express his thoughts and ideas without profanity/ vulgarity. The gender bias was glaringly obvious in how he dealt with men and women in the group. Chuck revels in being the center of attention, thrives on controlling others through hateful speech maybe because he lacks control over himself or his life experience. Each person that goes through the class will have a unique experience. What they (you) bring to the class is what you bring. So if you have conflict in your life there are amazing skills to review those conflicts and potentially solve them through communication but more importantly resolve them peacefully through a different point of view. C. I went to public school until high school then I went to private high school and the I have a Bachelors degree from A four year Pac 10 college. So being a former Deans list student and a graduate I have credentials for my intellect. The knowledge that I gained through the class was superior to what they don't cover in our current educational system and vital for life successes. D. I was named top 40 under 40 for Las Vegas, one of the top Influential Men of Las Vegas and I'm a Professor at College of Southern Nevada (CSN). While running two successful businesses. So I'm a Professional and a Professor. The tools of the Basic Seminar are ideal for a social/ networked world and crucial in adapted new areas of thought to enhance teamwork, team building and remove ego from the standard normal procedures of work environments. E. I worked on the team to Name and design ThreeSquare and worked closely with Linda Smith in designing developing work for Opportunity Village. The people I met in the class were amazing and I gained valuable insight to relationships that allowed me to open myself to what is possible. I have never been married, no children of my own looking for my soulmate and my wife whom I am happily married for over twelve years I met through graduates of the class she has been married twice and has four kids, we had one of our own and raise our children in an amazing great environment. F. So what's possible? Someone's life might change, someone might end or begin a relationship, someone might close or launch a business? Someone like myself not come from money but connect with the right circles and create the right opportunity. In order to do so, one can learn how to observe and learn differently, speak the same language but you might have a different meaning or understanding. Some people I know eating out at Outback Steakhouse is living in the lap of luxury and opulence, while others I know go have a casual dinner at Thomas Kellers The French Laundry is a typical nite out...again this is based on a perspective of what life do you want to have? This review is not about judgement it's perspective. And I really feel fortunate to gain so much understanding from such a great class and I love seeing or sharing with people about the class because I have seen so much positive good come from these amazing people. When considering a different point of view, a new perspective, a positive change for self I cannot recommend a more ideal, safe and intriguing course! This is probably one of the biggest scams out there. Cost is literally thousands of dollars after the "basic" seminar. Uses typical "basic" brain washing techniques for weak minded individuals. Go to a therapist and spend your money if you need too. The biggest thing they tell you is to don't believe that people will tell you this is a cult/scam. I did not attend, but I know what goes on in these disgusting seminars. It turns my stomach to think 2 people I love went through this on behalf of their employer. They spend 2 days tearing people down through humiliation and embarrassment then spend the next 2 building them up. It uses tactics that cults use to keep people stuck and unhappy. Just look it up. There are hundreds of reviews of people's lives ruined through these seminars. People are spending up to 10,000 dollars to complete these self help bs. If you ask someone what they did they can't tell you because there isn't much to explain. There isn't any secret you learn at the end or anything. Please read the reviews I am so hurt and saddened that 2 people I love so much went through this. If you care at all about someone you will never invite them to PSI Seminar. read more

This company PSI Seminars is a scam and a cult. I attended the Basic seminar at the request of my sister who had attended earlier. My wife, who knows me better than myself sometimes, told me not to go. I wish I had listened to her. The price was $475 for the three day weekend course. It was a total waste of money. PSI uses all the "brainwashing" methods to get everyone in the seminar worked up to the point of crying. It was actually very disturbing. I understand everyone has their problems, buy PSI capitalizes on using techniques to get people in the seminar to expose very personal and very sensitive information on themselves. Many of the people in the class were loudly sobbing. They also use meditative techniques to get people to a more suggestive state. They also use the "bandwagon" effect of high energy, were all having fun, everything is great exercises. The whole semiar takes people through very high and low energy states. It is demeaning at times by telling eveyone they have some seroius problems and basically the only way to fix them is to attend the next (more expensive) seminars and also to bring more people to sign up for the Basic seminar. They use the RED/BLACK GAME to try to show everyone that competeing is not the answer. The answer is working together and this is why you all have problems. Basically, the whole "seminer" is a cult push to get you into a suggestive state to bring more people to sign up and to get you to personally sign up for more expensive courses. I have read MANY great books like "The Secret", "The Power of Postitive Thinking", "the Future is Your's, DO Somethign About It." All are VERY good books. I am a very positive person and I didn't need this course at all. I don't think anybody does. I should also state that my father amd mother both attended the courses (at the request of my sister) and they both agree that it is a very strange course that is trying to expand their business and get peoples money by by using very odd "brainwashing" techniques. My sister, looking back after several months of attended several expensive PSI courses, admits it was a mistake and basically a waste of money and even more so her time in trying to apply al the tecniques that they told her to do. My sister is also a Doctor, but she more "open" to suggestion than the rest of the family. We all look back on it it now as a bad experience for all of us - but welcome to life. Life has plenty of negative experiences and we all move on and hopefully learn from them. I have been involved with PSI Seminars for almost 20 years. During that time, I have completed Basic, PSI-7, and PLD. My experience with the organization has been very special. All the events, activities, presentations, and skits are very unique, challenging, rewarding, and often exciting. Please note that there is a level of non-disclosure by attendees to future participants for a very good reason. For example, if you want to go to the best movie of the year but someone tells you the whole plot, storyline, and trick ending then it would ruin it for you. The element of surprise only works if you are in fact surprised. So, my recommendation to you is to enjoy, learn, and enrich yourself as much as possible at the seminars. read more

The reason why I am giving PSI a one star rating is because they were unaccountable to do what they said they would do and were very disrespectful given the circumstances to me on getting a refund. I was invited to attend this course by a friend. I ended up in March paying $420 to sign up for a summer course. They were suppose to contact me to give me the dates before the seminar. They never did. I did get in the mail a letter from them and tried contacting the people on the page, no one returned any of my phone calls. After many calls to the Honolulu Office I ended up calling this California office. They said they would refund me within 4-6 weeks (It was July 7th) as well as the $50 deposit because it was their fault. The refund was post marked Oct 14th (took over 9 weeks to send it! Not 4-6 weeks like they said) to get here and they took out the $50. They were not understanding on the phone. Bottom line I do not trust them cause many times they said one thing and do another. read more

I have been around PSI seminars for almost 20 years and I will tell you they are the worst. I no longer attend or would I ever attend again. I have been present many times when new people have gone to the basic seminar. PSI seminars guarantees that they can get their money back if they are not happy with the seminar. I guarantee you will never get your money back. I have seen staff members scream in people faces because within a couple of hours they wanted to leave the seminar and have their money returned. I have staffed the basic seminar several times and the people who run PSI seminars treat you like dirt and they have been extremely abusive to me. While the new people who are attending the seminars are not around the people who run PSI seminars will scream at the people who are trying to help staff the seminar. Staffing means that you help set up chairs tape statements up on the wall Etc) when you staff the seminars you are not paid. I have paid for my flight and hotel to Northern California to staff their PSI 7 seminar I was treated so badly and abused. You hardly get any sleep you work sometimes 12 to 14-hour days you live in a filthy housing facility with bunk beds. The water is yellow because it's full of toxic chemicals and you have to wash and bathe in this water. The food it's like a dollar Buffet. I got really ill with the flu and nobody came to my assistance nobody bothered to go get medication for me and just let me sleep in the bunk bed for days without any food. This place is worse than any concentration camp. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. All they care about is the money that you'll give them. You can make this seminar whatever you want to be, and take away with it what you want. It changed by life, and my pattern of thinking. I was raised in a negative family environment, and survived most of my life by being the victim. This seminar gave me the tools to be happy with my life.
