I found Project Fitness after moving spending years doing Pilates. At the first Lift class, I thought it would be gravy given my core strength. I was dead wrong. I used muscles I never activated doing Pilates or body pump or yoga. It was so different than anything I had ever done and I was a bit intimidated. After three classes with Drew, I decided to join with an unlimited membership and, two years later, I actually look good in a bikini and prioritize my nutrition. They helped me dial in my workout, always remembering my strengths and weaknesses. He also does sessions over the phone and Skype, so you have lots of options if a trip out west isn't in the cards for you right now. I live in Indianapolis, but got a chance to visit Elevation Center last month while I was in town. I'll admit that I was a little skeptical, never having had any experience with healing/energy work, but Al did a great job of explaining the process to me and making me feel comfortable. We talked about some really sensitive topics, but I never felt awkward or uncomfortable - you can tell that he genuinely wants to help you and will do whatever he can to get you to where you want to be. The night after our session, I fell asleep ridiculously early and slept like a baby. Two days later, I flew home with zero anxiety---that was huge, because I'm one of those people who always thinks the plane is about to crash at any minute for the entire flight.
