Placed an online order for an item. Never received a confirmation email. Strike 1…read more A week goes by and my credit card authorization hasn't turned into a charge and still no email so i call. Was told that the product just arrived at the warehouse and would be shipped out that day. Strike 2 -- dont show an item as in stock if you didn't already have it in stock. Two days later, still no email or tracking info, so I have to call again. Strike 3. This time was told by a different guy that my order was refunded because it was out of stock. But I check online and the product is showing as in stock still with a price 2x what I paid (now in line with the rest of the online sphere's pricing) -- idk how many strikes to count for these events but it would be several. Why am I being lied to? Why have I had to reach out every time instead of proactive communication from the retailer? Why was my purchase price not honored like any good retailer would? On top of that, the guy I spoke to the second time offered to have the guy from call #1 contact me as he was the one running point on all this of this and of course I never received a call. Bunch of lying cowards at the fulfillment department of this company. Everything you dont want in a customer experience. Would never spend a dime supporting a business like this.

After adding the movies to my cart and paying, I did NOT receive a confirmation email. I tried contacting them through their website section that says ''Contact." There seems to be a broken/glitched function because the email does not go through. I checked my bank card and I was still charged... I had to Google if this was a legitimate site lol. If it's this challenging to get in contact with them, that's concerning. I've ordered from well over 20 movie sites and Cinema Classics has been the only one that has had this issue. No email confirmation/order number or any way to be contacted from their site. Listing their email and phone number would seem to be the wise thing to do. Update: Received the movies I ordered in perfect condition. Although there was no initial confirmation email, i did get an email about tracking 4 or 5 days later. I will be ordering from them again bc they have so many movies I want to own. Just advise to not make massive orders without having ordered from them previously.

I've been ordering Blu-rays from Cinema Classics for the better part of of maybe 3 or 4 years now…read moreand have never had anything but a good experience. In many orders, I think one may have been in error, like a single title was missing or it was a 4k instead of a bluray--something like that--and it was corrected immediately. As a high-volume Blu-ray collector, I've always got to be economic about things so I tend to go there for the sales they'll host and for the few titles I absolutely need brand new titles at full retail with a slipcase because they've always got it specified on there when that is available and their year-round policy to offer a free title when ordering 6 always softens that blow. Everything is legit, shipping is prompt and careful, and the selection provides a lot of options if I'm trying to buy a few titles but don't always have enough in the cart for that 7-for-6 scenario with one or two particular labels. They have also always offered a pay-in-4 option with PayPal so I have known nothing but accomodation with this company. Buy with confidence.
