She made assumptions about me and the care I'd received previously. There was no effort to adjust my medication when it was clearly no longer effective and yet she accused me of being unable to focus...then immediately wanted to take me off of my ADHD medication. She will not review the mandatory questionnaires that you fill out regarding your mental state unless you call her out on it. The company in general is also beyond frustrating. Patient services does not seem to understand how their billing is done. I like the fact that there is sufficient parking and that it's not overly crowded when coming and going in the buildings that I visit. Quiet to me shows order and privacy for patients. Nothing special but I like elevators that work quickly and I'm glad these do. Hospitals are known for slow elevators.
