It's sort of a hole in the wall because it's pretty small and no signs point to it, but if you're adventurous you will find it. If you're injured , Bronson has expertise knowledge and experience on getting you back on track. There is a treating room with two tables and many different treating methods are inside there. This gym is a little different because there isn't a set monthly rate, it's set based on how often you come in, Bronson can make an offer to you. This gym is legit, it has tires, artificial grass, sleds, bands, wind bikes, endurance bikes, foam rollers, a vibrating machine for standing on, and more. The trainers are very nice and devoted, there is Sydney who graduated from UGA and is a trainer, Chris who runs the Football program there, and some newer ones. That's what I definitely expected after shelling out over $600 in services here in a matter of 3 weeks, and the fact that the first chiropractor I saw said I would be training in no time. This place is definitely efficient. I felt like I was one in an assembly line. I felt rushed every time I was there. Staff was friendly though. On my most recent adjustment, I saw a different chiropractor than the first one, and he said that high hamstring injuries take longer to heal, and I should not expect to be running fully in another two to four weeks. Well, dismayed as I was to hear this, I felt the first chiropractor should have been real with me. He told me to start training again, and I couldn't even fully run yet. I am glad I held off on speedwork, because that definitely could have set me way back. So I'm disappointed and somewhat frustrated. I am OK now and can do some significant work (see photo). Earlier this year, after many visits to knee specialist MD's, he was able to get my knee back to 90% strength.
