In the original evaluation, Justin listened to my injury history and asked pertinent questions to uncover the underlying cause of my problem. I went into this believing i had a long standing herniated disc problem, but with careful diagnostic questioning and evaluating, he determined i may actually have a si joint dysfunction instead that radiates pain to my lower back. He and Matt are great- they are awesome at explaining why i am doing the different exercises and stretches. And when I leave in less pain than when I went in, I feel hopeful and happy to finally have a chance to become pain free through following the prescribed treatment.I can' t recommend them highly enough...if you have been living with low back pain for years like I have, consider getting a pt eval and give yourself a chance to become pain free. My only regret is that it didn't occur to me or my dr.'s :( sooner to refer me to pt!

I cannot compare how well I did because this is my first broken bone and surgery but I progressed within a month to a point that I could walk with a cane. The surgeon also mentioned that the therapist did an excellent job and he was impressed that I was in such a good shape. I attribute this success to Marc and Noa who apparently, knew very well what they were doing. I can now hike and play tennis, feels good to be free again...

I was looking for physical therapy near my house and came across Johnscreek Physical Therapy. I was really impressed by the google reviews! When I was booking the first visit with Sarah, she assured me that she knows a lot about my insurance as she said you had many patients with Kaiser insurance. I made two appointments but decided to wait on the third appointment until she checks my insurance for the benefits because I wanted to avoid a billing issue as the one I have right now. Sarah left me the following voice mail on my phones after my second visit stating, 'Hi, this is Sarah calling from Johnscreek Physical Therapy. I just want to let you know that I got in touch with Kaiser and they gave me your benefit information. $40 co-pay, 60 visits per year which I'm showing none are used. So with that being said I will take what you have been paid and apply to your co-pay. If there's a balance left over it, will be refunded.' So I started my treatment with Johnscreek Physical Therapy but my condition did not get better. I decided to go to a different practice but I still thought very highly of them as everyone was nice and professional. On 9.7.21- Received the invoice of $585 On 9.10.21- My husband and I both took time off from work and stopped by the office. We played the above VM to the office staff. He said he will have his billing person look into my account and have her get back to me. On 9.23.21- A lady name Holly left me a VM and asked if I have I gotten in touch with Kaiser and find why they are not paying Johnscreek Physical Therapy??? I called her back at 12:12PM but didn't get a hold of her. So I left the detailed message on their website. I am not sure why I should be responsible for all of the bill as I would not have visited knowing that my insurance does not cover my visits. I understand that things can happen but I'm not sure why it took so long to find out. If I would have known, I would've stop coming here after my second visit, as I initially planned. I'm still not well and I'm losing sleep over this..

I saw Dr. Ke and he had a "student-doctor," I can't think of the right term, with him and both did a phenomenal job. They are clear about what your treatment will look like and it isn't anything excessive or more than you might need. As with most chiropractors, they gave me exercises to do between appointments and did a good job of making sure I was comfortable doing them properly before sending me on my way. Kelly, my therapist, always demonstrates a high degree of care, and a thoughtful approach to my program. I'm getting better so fast, I'm kinda dreading not needing to return. I've done physical therapy elsewhere, seen many doctors and suffered through a pricey injection in my lower back, without much improvement. Desperate to try something new to get some relief from the pain that radiated out of my lower back every day and woke me up most nights, I researched dry needling, and a lot of positive reviews led me to Fusion. Scheduling was easy; there's tons of parking and the space is cheerful and buzzing with activity. A lot of great people work at Fusion, and they're providing great service to people of all ages with all types of physical issues. I provided my history and MRI results to Barbara, and she got right to work. She asked a lot of great questions to help me articulate my pain and what exacerbates it the most. She observed how I navigated standing, sitting, twisting and bending movements that I didn't realize were affected by my back issues. She felt across my back and immediately identified tight areas and opportunities to increase my strength and mobility and reduce pain. It was extremely interesting and encouraging to witness her expertise at work. I got her one-on-one focused attention at every visit, and she continually provided solutions that worked for me - from exercises that improved my core strength to modifications I can make to my standing posture and movements that will help with pain that wakes me up in the middle of the night. Dry needling was fascinating. Barbara identified areas on back - different areas each time depending on my pain level and mobility on that day - and positioned the needles to trigger positive responses in my muscles.
