We saw dolphins!!! Our guide Paul gave us a great airboat trip, first around Monkey Island, slowly thru the manatee wake zones, fast and fun on the river and thru marshes, and then a couple breaks on the gulf, first to talk about the area, and second to enjoy a pair of dolphins swimming near and around the boat!!! Awesome adventure!! We highly recommend PT Airboat Adventures !!

While it was difficult to find a chair / shade we secured a chair in the sand area. The water was freezing but expected. It was also very relaxing. The wildlife is awesome to see. We got hot dogs, pepperoni pizza, cherry limeade. The lazy river does cost extra but it's worth it, I'd love to return because unfortunately due to inclement weather the water attractions were shut down.

Watching the performers was delightful. Even with the air lines under the water it was amazing to watch. Just being able to keep your eyes open underwater was astounding to me. We even got an extra performance for the Memorial Day holiday with a tribute to our service members. After the show they had a mermaid photo op that was donation based. After the show, I explored the rest of the park. It isn't that large but was a nice area and worth the $13 to get in. They have an area for swimming in part of the springs. I didn't bring my swimsuit but there were many people swimming and having a good time. There are some water slides too. They have a great gift shop. Loved having the opportunity to visit and see an iconic spot for mermaid lovers!

If you experience a delay, they will do whatever they can to make it better. (I got stuck on a ride for 15 minutes and was given a free FastPass for my whole group. * The majority of the rides had no wait times, and you could walk right on. If there was a wait, it was usually 5 minutes or less. * The park has indoor play areas. * They provide amazing baby care areas (Located in the indoor play areas), they have high chairs, a kitchen area, changing stations, and a dark area with rocking chairs for breastfeeding or to get a little one to sleep. * Most of the park is shady, which helps out a lot on the hot days. * Food prices are reasonable. They are cheaper than other amusement parks we have been to. Bad: * Have to read the small print! If you get a souvenir cup, it is only for unlimited refills that day. Any additional days cost another $10.99. * The water park has very strict rules. There are height requirements for every slide on the playground, and they will measure your kid every time. Additionally, they have a lot of rules for the wave pool even when the waves aren't going. It's a 10-minute wait. * Lifeguard seems to make up rules, or not all rules are listed. Ugly: * The water park lifeguards are confrontational. The water park has strict rules, and the lifeguard has no problem kicking kids out of the area. I watched lifeguards pull a kid (probably 3 or 4) from a slide by his life vest because they had a one-kid-on-the-slide rule. I get the rule, but it's not serious enough to put their hands on a child. We were only in the park for 4 hours and witnessed 3 arguments between parents and lifeguards, and the lifeguards always seemed to escalate the situation rather than de-escalate it. Overall, it was the worst part of Legoland for us. * The park hours were another huge downfall for us. The Water park closes at 4, and the whole park closes at 5. During summer hours (June/July), the water park closes at 5, and the whole park closes at 6. Overall, the main Legoland park was amazing, and I love how they have rides and activities for all ages. I personally would not pay extra for the waterpark.

Instead, the property felt tired, worn down, and was lowkey very neglected. The maintenance issues were impossible to ignore. Paint was fading everywhere, the iconic LEGO bricks on buildings and sculptures looked washed out, and a lot of the park just didn't look clean. Dust was literally caked onto vents and fans, like they hadn't been touched in ages. It gave the whole place a dull, dingy vibe instead of the playful, colorful atmosphere you'd expect from a LEGO experience... The Ninjago ride breaking down with people stuck on it was another huge red flag. Rides malfunction sometimes, sure, but when the rest of the park already feels poorly maintained, it doesn't exactly inspire confidence. And maybe the biggest disappointment: it just didn't feel like LEGO. Instead of that bold, creative, brick-built world, the park gives off more of a "knockoff LEGO" energy. Like the idea is there, but the devs did not execute it properly. Its giving tourist trap vibes... Just save ur hundred dollars and put it towards going to Disney or Universal... Like bro what do they even do with the money they earn from the park.. BUT THE STAFF ARE VERY SUPER NICE!! Overall, the experience felt underwhelming and outdated. With the price of admission, you'd expect a park that's clean, well-kept, and full of that signature LEGO personality. Unfortunately, this was not IT.

Had a slightly traumatic experience today. My 7 year old got stuck (for 5 to 10 minutes) in the big slide which is pitch dark all the way through (fun but not when you get stuck) and he wasn't helped promptly. Full story - I was up there at the slide entrance and i could hear him screaming that he needs help. There was a staff up there (looked like a teenage kid) who had a walkie talkie. I assumed he would have informed the people in charge as soon as he got stuck. I kept talking to my son to lie down and try to push himself down and he kept responding saying he's trying everything but is still stuck and it is getting very uncomfortable. After a while I checked with the staff whether someone is coming to help. And then I see him telling on the walkie talkie "the boy is stuck on the slide can someone help?". I was shocked. It must have been a good 5 minutes (no watch, just guessing) and he just thought of informing?! By the time someone could come, my son finally managed to push himself down. I told the guy "you should have informed quicker" and his response was "talk to my manager". I thought "ok no use talking to the teenage kid he probably wasn't trained how to react in these situations". I went to the manager and told her "please train your staff to inform quicker" her response "he probably was sitting down, we cannot do anything about this" i go "No he was lying down this time.. first time he was sitting, but this time he was lying" she repeats "he probably was sitting; we don't promise how long it takes to slide; you eventually get down and that's what matters". Is this an empathetic response? I mean i get you have to stick to boiler plate legal language at times, but im not trying to sue anyone here. Im just looking for "i understand that must have felt scary, ill talk to my staff on acting quicker". I felt like I was talking to a robot both with the teenage staff and with the manager. Anyway, my husband intervened and helped the communication and both the manager and the teenage staff eventually apologized and i really appreciated it. Takeaway - If you're not staying in Holiday Inn, NorthShore Aquatic Center might be as fun for a fraction of the cost If you're staying in Holiday Inn, avoid the blue slide or go shirtless (another staff pointed out that might have helped) I see other reviews as well about untrained and disengaged teenage staff. Should have read before I visited!

My daughter is obsessed with the water park -- it's her favorite part, and honestly, it's hard to beat on a hot Florida day. The setup is amazing, super clean, and well-organized, and the staff always makes sure everyone feels safe while still having tons of fun. Beyond the waterpark, they do such a great job hosting special events -- there's always something new and exciting happening. I definitely recommend checking their event calendar often because they plan the most creative, family-friendly activities throughout the year. It's also such a flexible and beautiful space -- whether you're spending the day on the water, grabbing snacks, or relaxing while the kids play, it's the perfect place to enjoy time together as a family. If you're in the Lake Nona area, Nona Adventure Park is a must. Great energy, great people, and endless fun for all ages!

I actually had no idea they had a camp in the summer until one of my son's friends wanted to go here and asked us to join him. I'm so glad he did because it was an absolutely fantastic camp. It is fully outside, but they are mainly in the shade so I didn't worry about sunburn and also the kids never complained about it being hot. I have no idea what wizardry this is, but it was completely fine. Three days they zip line and two days they paddleboard. I was actually quite nervous because my son is small so I wasn't sure if he'd be able to zip line. I did call and ask and they said if it's a windy day that he would be tethered to a Guide. He ended up skipping zip lining for two of the days, but on the final day of zip line, he did it and he loved it. He's actually now asking for us to go back together. They also provide lunch, which is fantastic because I hate figuring out what to send for food. They provide snacks as well so all I had to do was send my son with a water bottle and on certain days with a swimsuit and towel. He had a fantastic time. You can drop off at 8:30 and pick up at 4:30, they really don't start till about 9:30 though and I totally took advantage of a later drop off. You can pay eight dollars a day to pick up at five, which is extremely reasonable. We've already been talking about going back to camp again here next year and maybe for additional weeks. He loved it.
