It should of been done the first week but they somehow they broke plastic on our framing. Ordered a part in to fix it, scuffed up had to reorder. Service (Mike) tried smoothing it over that RG is eating $500 to fix our bike. Probably a bad move on their part to say since we are to pay more than that to fix our bike. 3 weeks later our part isn't in, no 4 wheeler and we are making payments on something we don't have. Given a handful of excuses and a mouthful of attitude why it's not fixed. We are so irate it's not even funny. Our time is money as well. We work with that bike and we are eating the cost. It was such a good deal I worried it wasn't a real place. But I called and dealt with Eric (he's awesome). He was straight forward, honest and really helpful. It's scary buying something unseen AND so far away. He made it flawless, and totally helped me pick (and have them installed) the accessories we bought for it. Mind you these are things we couldn't have afforded if the Rzr had been regular market price. We used a terrific shipping company called Sevat Transport. My only advice is to really research your shipping cost and the company you use before shipping it. It cost a little more to ship than we had planned. In the end, all in all a great experience. Here it is safely in my garage in Reno.

This is the first bad review I've ever left about a business in my entire life…read more Drove 3 hours to trade a buggy in after getting an estimated trade value on it. After inspecting my machine and realizing they made too high of an offer, they claimed it had issues that it absolutely did not have and refused to take it on trade claiming that it had power steering problems because of a stored code caused by low voltage (replaced the battery and had no other issues with the sxs.) The "boss" stated that the EPS light was flashing (it was not) and that power steering was going in and out on it (it also was not). Had they been honest and said that they offered too much money on it initially, I would have been fine with it. But I was blatantly lied to about absolute nonsensical problems. Would not recommend dealing with these guys.
