But deducted 2 stars as we signed up (my two kids -2 and 3 years old) on the Level 1 rising star membership- which at the time allowed for 4 visits or such a month (cant remember the exact amounts) , and they rolled over for whatever was not used. I specifically made it clear to them that my son would be hospitalized soon to wait for a heart transplant- which is typically a 6-9 month admission and made sure I asked to make sure all of his passes would roll over. we signed up in early 2023- and my son received his heart mid year but had some complications. It was a great place for my daughter to go occasionally when we had a sitter helping us as we were in the hospital so much- but once we were all home together we all had to quarantine as my son was very immunocompromised. My membership here was the last thing i was thinking about as- i knew the passes rolled over and once it was safe for us we would be going often. But it was to my surprise when they called in December to let me know that the membership was nearly doubling in cost.. and none of my passes would roll over anymore... so it was a ton of money just LOST.. I explained the situation and the lady on the phone just said ... sorry. She told me that she didnt know why someone signed us up for that pass anyways as they knew it was eventually going away.. I haven't returned since. Very poor run business in this case and it is such a shame!

I wish they capped the amount of people that are let in at once. My 3 year old could hardly navigate the play areas because they were packed full of kids. The play areas were also full of older kids, which didn't seem age appropriate. There were 10 year olds telling my toddler he couldn't play with something that wasn't even developmentally appropriate for them. There were also lots of 5-8 year olds in the baby / toddler only section so I really wish that was enforced. There were also several broken or run down toys in the sensory room which was a let down. For the price we paid, we won't be back due to how overwhelming the place was.
