I've only gone to one location but I have worked with therapist from the other locations as well. Everyone is truly concerned about your well being and how you feel. This is my second go around at GA PT and sports medicine there are a few new faces but everything else is the same. Then we get another bill with a higher amount after receiving confirmation that we owed the first amount. When trying to contact the billing department, you can only leave a voice mail. The email address on the statement is invalid. While their therapists may be wonderful, their billing department lacks in many ways, especially customer service.
