I exercised here before the surgery and now 6 weeks after the surgery. Dr. Sophie has given attention and encouragement when I've needed it. She given good solid advice as to how long to continue and luckily my doctors will allow me to continue as needed. I want to be back to where I was and not worry about 10/20 years down the road and pain/mobility!

Beware of this businesses financial practices. Karissa the business owner will stress to you the…read moreimportance of making your appointments or making them up and will have no providers for making up the appointments and the company they use for 24-hour text reminders does not send the reminders (below). They do however send an email and never forget to charge your card on file the full fee with no exceptions. She told me no business sends 24-hours prior text reminders and yet conflictingly states that hers does and we should perhaps go to a big box company like Wolfsons or Brooks. This has resulted in our family being charged $260 for two missed appointments where Karissa stated, she still has to pay her providers and cannot personally send out texts to families and hold their hand. Karissa stresses that they have to follow policy, when the investment they've made in following this policy is not following their companies strict cancellation requirements for their clients. I gave 1 star due to the provider, being lovely and personable, she is great with kids. However, if Karissa is going to double standard her policy simply to make money from families in St. Johns, we will not be clients that continue to support it. We held ourselves accountable: as a military family- we believe in integrity, and paid the cancellation fees. Bad business practices.
