I bought my husband a detailing package for his birthday. I thought it would be a nice gift to shake off all the winter grime. After calling for 3 days to make an appointment and no one answering we stopped by to set one up. This place is a joke. Bear with me as I had my service done 6/20/2014. I know this is late, but I forgot how much this upset me. I purchased their "$250 value" for $99 off a living social deal. I bought my car in the early am, right as they opened. I asked how long it would take and the gentleman had told me it would be after 4pm. I was okay with that as I had an eventful day and wouldn't be back until after 5pm. I came back 15 minutes before they were about to close (I remember because I had to rush back as I needed to be somewhere), well my vehicle hadn't even been touched. I spoke with the service manager and he apologized and said he'd get to it and they would call me to come and get it. Okay fine. Fast forward two hours, I decided to head over since it was getting dark. Long story short, they did a poor job. Exterior: corners were ignored, underside of the spoiler wasn't touched, bumper lip was dirty and the engine (which was included in my package) wasn't done. Interior: the only problem I had was the rear window section wasn't touched. I mentioned a few things to the manager and the owner comes out. I talked to the owner who treated me like dirt. Didn't address my concerns and when we spoke about my engine not being cleaned, he told me it was. ONLY when I ran my finger across the top cover to show him the smudge and dust, he then said it was residual dirt from spraying...yeah right. I pointed out other areas that were obviously dirty and would not have been if he would've actually cleaned it. He then called a few guys out to start wiping things down with rags. I wasn't pleased at all one of the workers tried apologizing and that's when he let the cat out of the bag. I learned these guys have a contract with one of the dealerships (I'm guessing Dodge or Ford since those are the closest ones) and they will randomly drop off cars for them to clean. That day they dropped off a few. So all of these workers who are staying several hours past close are cleaning cars that were supposed to be cleaned that day. Instead, they decided to ignore appointments then lazily finish what they can in the shortest amount of time. I remember asking him if he likes to operate at good, better or best, and he simply said, "I get things done however I can." This guy is a joke. Don't waste your money here. Nothing about this place is reputable. EDIT: See Steve's post below mine? New changes to personnel? He was the one who I mainly dealt with...I'm sure the problem was his employees. Please people, AVOID this business. Not worth the time and headache on a job you can do yourself in 30 minutes and a dirty rag. read more

The interior came out okay.. Nothing I couldn't have done myself in 30 mins. The exterior was terrible. Looks like it wasn't even buffed..There was wax build up in every crack and crevice of the car.. And they ripped the rubber door trim. I will just be doing my own car from now on. read more

Very friendly staff. My car was dropped off at 8:30am and was finished by 1pm. The interior was beautiful and looked new. The exterior was clean and shiny. Buffed well and the corners and crevices were clean. They did a great job and I will be bringing my cars back!! read more

Horribly disappointed. I got the full interior and exterior detail from groupon for $69, a $150 value so I was expecting a top notch detail. When I picked up my car there were water streak marks all over, my windshield was extremely poorly washed, and there were areas on my car where it looked like it hadn't even been washed. Then on the inside, the seats looked like they hadn't been shampooed, the seat belts still had some marks, and all of my interior still looked dusty, including my steering wheel looking like it hadn't been cleaned at all. I ended up stopping at Target on my way home and getting cleaning products and doing a better job on my own. I am very happy I did not spend the $150, and got the groupon deal. I will not be doing business there again and I will share my experience with others. read more

I probably won't be going back... My wife purchased a complete interior and exterior detail for me for my birthday, and I scheduled it for a Friday. They were nice enough on the phone and I dropped off the vehicle at 8:00AM. There is a $20 "upcharge" for being a minivan that my wife paid when originally buying the gift. When they looked at the van and saw some pet hair there was going to be another "upcharge" of $150, [we paid $120 for the entire detail and van upcharge] but after I picked up my jaw he said that he would only upcharge me $40 for the pet hair. Now I'm no business manager, but if you can just drop the cost by 75% you might be overcharging for the initial service. They said it would be done by end of day and at 4:51 I got a call saying they wanted to keep it overnight so that they could let it dry and give it back to me the next morning. I agreed and we were set for 9:30 on Sat morning. My wife and I slept in and we moseyed over at 11:00 and after waiting in the lobby for about 5 minutes without seeing or being acknowledged by anyone I called and the guy said he would send someone up to talk to me. After a minute or two a gentleman came and told me that it still wasn't done and I should come back in an hour. My wife and I went to grab some breakfast and we came back at 2 hours later 1:30 and it was still not complete. By this time there was a lady working the front desk and she said he was just finishing up the floor mats. I told her that I was also going to replace the floor mats and they didn't need to worry about them. Shortly after that the gentleman pulled the van around and I was off. the interior of the van was still really damp, but at least it was clean. When I got home, [I admit I should have looked before I left the shop] I checked the engine and it was not touched. All details I have gotten before [3-4] all included engine degreasing but mine wasn't touched. I looked online and they will degrease the engine "at customer's request" and I didn't know to request it. So with a still dirty engine and a process that took twice as long as I was told I have my van back. I won't even be contacting them about the engine because I kinda just want the experience to be over. The next time I will just go somewhere else and that shop will include the engine without me having to say anything. read more

Very nice people and are concerned that you are pleased with their work. My Honda Pilot was FILTHY! It now looks like a brand new car. My rubber mats could have used a bit more"elbow grease". Otherwise, great! read more

Horrible experience from A to Z. We purchased the detail and then realized that my husband would be traveling. I contacted them to arrange car drop-off per their website and was told they didn't offer it. Then the manager said, we do, we just don't like to. She gave me the price for drop-off and I agreed. Arrived to drop off the car at 8 a.m. and no one was there...Employee showed up 10 minutes late and said he didn't get what the big deal was because he was out buying breakfast burritos for the employees. I reconfirmed the drop-off service with him, and asked how to pay because I wouldn't be home when they dropped it off~ he said by phone. Just before 5:00 they called to ask how I was paying (DUH!) I said by phone. She told me they couldn't take a credit card by phone and weren't willing to drop my car off today and collect the $20 for drop off the next day. She said she wished they never agreed to provide drop off service because it's too hard for them. Ultimately, she asked me to come pay in the morning and said they would drop it off in the afternoon. They called this morning to say that they couldn't drop it off because they didn't have enough people working to be able to leave. She said she was sorry but they really shouldn't offer drop off service because they're not equipped to fulfill it~ she also said she was constantly having to argue with people who read the service on their website and then learn that they won't fulfill their commitment. She said someone else created the website and the owners don't know how to find someone to remove the pick-up/ drop off service from the website. I told her I would pick-up on Saturday...but Ultimately, I got a ride there today because I was starting to worry about the condition of my car. I was smart enough (or not) to call and tell her I was coming- well that must have been when they started on my car. When I arrived I was told that the owners had to go to Vegas at the last minute for their daughter's cheer competition and that's why they couldn't drop off my car. She didn't explain what they did to my car- just gave me my keys. I walked out to find my mats in the back of the SUV- DRIPPING WET. I asked a man walking by if he worked there and he said yes- I said I was surprised that the mats would be wet a day later and wanted to know if they were sitting in my hot car for 24 hours (mold risk)--- He said, no I'm the owner and I can tell you we left the windows open last night. Got home and looked the car over--- crumbs are still in the back and the backseat floor, fingerprints are still all over the headrest DVD player screens, dirt stains are still in removable carpets and permanent carpets- and the mats were literally DRIPPING WATER~ looks like they started on my car today when I called to say I was coming.
