There wasn't a line, just a few people sitting at the bar. As we stood there waiting, another customer came in after us and sat at the bar. The employee looked up, made eye contact with us, then looked right past us to start talking to the customer who had just arrived behind us. We said we were there for a pickup order twice and were still ignored. My boyfriend finally got the guys attention. He grabbed our order, tossed the receipt and pen onto the counter to sign, then immediately walked away and went back to chatting with the people at the bar. We are visiting for vacation so not regulars and the guy who came in behind us wasn't ethier cause he said it was his first time here. The food was worth ordering, but the lack of basic customer service really took away from the experience. The guy behind the bar talked like he was drunk and high at the same time.
