I have been here a few times and we like to hit the happy hour. It changes from time to time, but this latest version is a great menu in my opinion. Hub always orders the 3.65 beer for HH, while I go for the Atomic duck IPA for only 5 dollars. This particular night we decided to get tacos and pretzels. The tacos we chose were carne asada and they were quite good. The pretzels however I think were the winner. They come with three different sauces to dip, the cheese is amazing as well as the mustard sauces. Stayed at the hotel where this restaurant is located during my last vegas trip, and I was craving a late night snack post-amazing BTS concert. Got here a bit before midnight and ordered my food to go, since I thought that would make it a bit faster and I was the only one in my party ordering. It ended up being quite a wait to receive my food, about 30 minutes, when the server had originally told me around 15. Definitely got busier as I was waiting. After checking in with the server and asking if my food would come out soon, she went to the kitchen and came out with 4-5 bags of to go orders and handed me mine. Not sure how long those were all sitting there, but it annoyed me that they weren't being more proactive about handing them out until I asked. My mozzarella sticks were a solid choice, thankfully still warm but nothing special. Fried oreos were supposed to come with some vanilla ice cream, but I opened the box and there was a small cup with melted ice cream and most of it had fallen onto the oreos. Kind of unfortunate but they still tasted good. Probably better to go earlier and eat in, but it was a pretty busy memorial day weekend. read more

I was a server on the Strip for 40 years, I have an "eight-minute rule" when I go out. If I am not acknowledged by a staff member within eight minutes, I'm outta there to spend my money elsewhere. This was my experience at this Pub tonight, although as a local, I generally enjoy the Tuscany. I sat at the end of the bar, solo, and was completely ignored. One bartender was working while the other was chatting away with a guest, or buddy? I asked a passing food server if anyone was working my end of the bar, he politely mentioned to the chatty bartender where I was. Still, I sat and waited, feeling like my business was unnecessary. The bar is not that big, if one end is closed, put up a sign! If the server working my seat is on break, let the others know! So, I left and met up with some friends elsewhere. I stopped to mention this to the hostess as I exited, but she was assisting another diner with his complaint. In all my years in the business, this lack of service was never tolerated or allowed, so I guess the 365 staff is pretty lucky. This site needs to add a "zero" rating for a review. read more

One of our favorite pubs.. just far enough off of Las Vegas boulevard to not be considered on the strip.. because we locals really don't like going to the strip unless it's to work. Always great service from bartenders & staff: Tina, Jose, Mike, Randy, Erica all friendly and remember our usual orders, very impressive! I had not been in the Tuscany in ages! I mean....ages! However, I was pleasantly surprised to find a little gem in Pub 365. It's a place that's conveniently just down the street from the Strip and they actually have good specials! I was searching for a place to finish watching a football game and Pub 365 had the game on all of their screens and the volume was on which is great. I saw several signs about their specials - after 10pm is a $8.99 Steak and Eggs special. There's a $6.99 burger and chips special that is all the time. There's also mid-day Happy Hour and 10pm and on Happy Hour for drinks. The hostess was very nice and our server was also very nice. The burger was really good! It's a double patty with cheese and the bun. It doesn't come with lettuce, tomato or onion, but I will say that it was grilled really nicely and the burger was nice and temperature hot. It was served with their chips and it had some seasoning on it which was also really tasty! All in all - super solid place and a great pitstop for a bite if you happen to be on the Strip. read more

Was looking for a pastrami sandwich and after some research I came across the Pub 365 at the Tuscany casino. I found a Ruben on their menu. The Ruben had all the ingredients for a "proper" sandwich. The pastrami was very tender and all the flavors melded together well. Great sports bar setting with tons of TVs with the UFC on. The service was very attentive. So, we stayed at Tuscany for a conference and had the opportunity to dine here twice for lunch. Both times the restaurant was 30-40 filled. Server in both cases was less than friendly and not very responsive when a beverage from a neighbor's table spilled on me. I had to ask twice and wait nearly five minutes for her to bring a dish towel and extra napkins to dry myself off. I thought it was pretty inexcusable when the man who spilled on me actually walked back towards kitchen and collected towels to help me clean up. Waitress was around but AWOL from our tables. The food? Expensive for what it is. We both enjoyed the Korean ribs appetizer, but $18 for 4 small ribs was steep. We felt like the better value was to get thechicken wings with fries in the spicy Korean glaze. For $15, we both got plenty to eat. The chicken taquitos were bland and pretty disappointing. We never got requested refills on $5 plus iced tea and Pepsi. I noticed that the waitress spent a lot more time catering to the single men in her area than she did serving us. A pity, because we are generous tippers when service is good, and we say something when it's not. The burgers looked really big and smelled delicious. Maybe worth a try. I was just disappointed in the poor service. It didn't reflect well on an otherwise really nice vegas resort. read more

Last night we had burgers which were OK. My wife thought it was one of the best she's ever had. Tonight we tried the pastrami rueben. The pastrami was like rubber and the flavor of all of the ingredients added up to probably the worse sandwich I've ever eaten so much so as to reverse the positive experience from the night before. read more

So we decided to use our free food coupon here instead of the coffee shop, had to wait until they opened at noon though. Went in was seated and got our water after a couple of minutes. Got the menu and ordered. Got our special hamburger deal and food was just okay, it's food, its free with our Tuscany food credit, and during the whole time, our waitress never comes by to check on how our food is or if we need ketchup for our fries. Go to another empty table and take that bottle. No refills on water, no one comes by to check on us, not a big deal. Finished our food after 15 minutes I guess and watching the hostess take people to their tables. No check, no waitress to be seen. I stand up and go to the bar to try and get the bartender's attention but he's busy talking to his friends ( I assume the way he was deep in converstaion and they were not drinking). So after at least an additional 5 minutes waiting, in addition to the 5+ minutes we were done with our food, in addition to the 15 minutes of eating, we haven't seen our waitress in 25-30 minutes. We ask the hostess where is our bill, where is our waitress and she replies, oh she's eating lunch. What? Hostess goes and gets our waitress who is clearly pissed that we "bothered her" during her lunch, comes by and drops off our check with clear attitude. I've worked in restaurants before and rule number one, once you are on the clock, as a waitress it CUSTOMERS COME FIRST before your lunch, breaktime, or smoke break. Long story but clearly never going back to this place. Food blah, typical frozen patty bar food, service ZERO, attitude to customers ZERO. Our future business, paid or free ZERO! read more

I had a work Farewell Dinner here. It's been a couple years since my last visit and was looking forward to going back. There was 11 of us and it was the others first visit. Our server was Tina and she was super friendly and attentive, she really made us feel welcome. Most of us shared appetizers but some ordered entrees. The Cheese Curds and Potato Skins are delicious. I loved the Beer Cheese Nachos with Carne Asada. It has Pico de Gallo, Black Beans, Avocado and Sour Cream. You can also opt to have it with Chicken Tinga. One coworker got the Gumbo and Rice and he said it was really good. A couple people got the Surf & Turf, NY Strip with Grilled Shrimp and Asparagus and they all enjoyed it. Went in tonight during the last half of the Ole Miss vs Miami game. Had a great convo with another guest at the bar and after placed my order for a Beer and the January special which was a Torta. The bartenders on were moving and doing a great job of keeping people entertained as well as hydrated. The atmosphere was actually pretty good for a casino eatery, very relaxed and enjoyable. However after receiving my food to go, checking my food and then paying my tab, I realized what I was really paying for. I paid for a BREAD SALAD WITH LIGHTLY ARRANGED MEAT AND CHIPS ON THE SIDE for $18.00 or $17.99. It's almost comical $36.00 for essentially two salad sandwiches . Pictures and video below. This craft beer pub has stood the test of time. Of the 61 draft beers, the menu for the first 30 and 61st are accessible through a QR code. The selection changes too much to offer a print version. Great place inside of Tuscany hotel and casino. We were looking for a nice place to have a drink and potentially to eat something. This seems like a plan. They have huge selection of tap beer with my favorite Heffenwiser (wheat brew) and it was super fresh and tasty. It was Sunday night around 8 pm so it wasn't busy at all. We sat at the bar and lady at the bar was super nice and friendly It wasn't loud at all so we could talk with no issues. There menu is big , but choice of appetizers could be little longer. They have all kinds of burger and salad. We decided to go with chicken wings with garlic butter sauce and they also have huge selection of sauces to go with it. Staying at the Tuscany for the first time. Beautiful place. 365 lounge was a pleasant surprise. Great food and great prices. The smash burger special is fantastic. The burger is juicy and flavorful. Randall our bartender was fantastic and on his game. We had a vodka martini with our burgers and let me tell you after having thousands of martinis over the years this ranks as one of the best. Randall shakes it about 75 times so when it arrives it's filled with ice crystals as it should be. Nice size as well. We love this place. The whole staff is great. read more

So I decided to give pub 365 another chance inside of the Tuscany casino this time I wanted a turkey club sandwich to go to take home. It wasn't a turkey club. It was a turkey sandwich that they had heated up with melted cheese and avocado no bacon so just be aware if you want a turkey club the best place to go is Palace Station. The brass bar do not go to pub 365 cause you will get a turkey sandwich not a turkey club. There is a difference. The service was so so they're not the friendliest people they snob their nose at you. The food use to be Great it has really declined, hasn't been consistent lately the only thing consistent is raising prices and smaller portions. They even changed the prizes of the beer club without informing customers so they lost the benefits/prizes they spent money on and earned, pretty sad. I give it a 2 star because there are some good employees there. Jose Great Bartender always helpful very friendly. I use to bring people all the time there now I get worried because food has changed so much. Some items more expensive than the strip & if not then a lot smaller in size.
