The website said to be there at 2:25. I got the standard text as well telling me it's almost time. I got there 10 minutes early and checked in. The screen counted down from 10 mins to you're next. The stylist takes someone else and I look up and it's now saying my wait time is 20 mins. I told the stylist I was supposed to be next and she apologized and said technically she had to take this customer because he chose first available. I already waited the extra time and showed up when I was told and watched the screen say you're next only to be bumped back 20 minutes. I'll never go back and I've been going there for years.
