David is a great barber, he gave me exactly what I asked for and was very knowledgeable. At this point it was 4:45 when she FINALLY finished cutting the persons hair in her chair. That's when I got up and asked the girl at the desk why is it taking so long, she apologized and said it won't be much longer. At that point, I didn't want this stylist to cut my hair any longer. After making me wait at least 30 to 40 minutes and I don't know how much longer it would have been before she decided to finally be ready to cut my hair, I left. Completely unprofessional!! Unfortunately despite the "premium" label, this turned out to be the worst professional haircut I've ever received. My request was for a simple undercut using a #1 guard and to leave around 4-5" on top. You can see the results for yourself. Fortunately my wife is a dog groomer and was able to fix it somewhat in our hotel room using an electric beard trimmer. I also left covered in hair. Usually a barber would at least brush any loose hair off a customer before finishing. I will say that the barber was very nice and friendly but wow, the results were just embarrassing.
