I'll keep coming for the stylists, but the app's wait time feature should be sold as a party trick, not a serious service. Devs keep making updates and make it worse every time.

As I sit in the chair, some how we start talking about something not politically correct and I hesitate to say anything else because people get their feelings hurt so easily these days. K.C. says we can talk how we want and people need to accept it. I knew this was the right place after that. Crazy you can get a good quality haircut and have a good time simultaneously. K.C. at the Gallatin location is top tier and it's a real shame he won't relocate to TX when I move. I almost want to deduct a star for that.

I called the following weekend to get it fixed and the manager said it had been a week and if I wanted it fixed I would have to pay for another haircut. The website said to be there at 2:25. I got the standard text as well telling me it's almost time. I got there 10 minutes early and checked in. The screen counted down from 10 mins to you're next. The stylist takes someone else and I look up and it's now saying my wait time is 20 mins. I told the stylist I was supposed to be next and she apologized and said technically she had to take this customer because he chose first available. I already waited the extra time and showed up when I was told and watched the screen say you're next only to be bumped back 20 minutes. I'll never go back and I've been going there for years.
