Move in process was streamline and my storage space was very clean I would definitely recommend this storage facility.

I've been at this location for almost 20 years. I appreciate the way that the units are kept up always clean, and they just painted the facility. Not to happy about the kiosk, but when I needed something they send Bob to help me with my questions. He is a true asset to Public Storage. read more

Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else. Have rented for 2 years and am finally moving out; the property is poorly maintained. There is mold all over the outside units (see photos) and the climate controlled inside units are not in fact climate controlled so there is a probably a lot of black mold in there also. They only run fans and not actual air conditioning or heat, therefore the humidity inside of the units is very high, often higher than it is outside. Plus there is a one inch gap near the bottom of both access doors to the climate controlled units, so moisture seeps through there also. The manager of the property (Blanche) does a lousy job, when one of the gates broke, it took them a year to fix it. Another big corporation that does not care about its customers. Made phone calls to the Rebecca, the district manager and no calls are ever returned. read more

This place was pretty nice. Had the second floor in controlled environment and came back a year later and everything was just as I left it with no issues. Blanche was amazing on this journey I've had with this public storage and she's helped in every way while I was deployed. I really appreciate her taking care of me and answering my moms questions. This company has the worst customer service ever. Every year, I do a charity fundraising yard sale. I normally get 2 units. This year, I needed four. They have a special that lets you get half off of the first month. When I tried to rent the second unit, they wouldn't give me the same deal. I explained that this is for an 11 year old little girl with cancer. They couldn't have cared less. I had to have a friend rent the second one. I called corporate, and the woman that I spoke to said they didn't do that. It was company policy. I still needed 2 more units so I went to Extra Space & they were great! Guess where I am going next year... definitely not Public Storage! read more

If there was a 0 start I would leave it. Unfortunately I had a very poor customer experience with this facility. First, they raised my rent on my unit without contacting me (They sent a letter to my old address, which was returned to sender) & never reached out via email about the update to the pricing. After seeing the update to my pricing, I reached out to the office staff, who said they would reach out to the district manager to call me. I received no phone call from the district manager and here we are mid way through March. Luckily, the district manager called me to raise my rent once again & I explained the situation to him. He very clearly told me that the company will not do anything to help my matter. I was floored, and couldn't believe the poor customer service that has been provided by Public Storage. I don't suggest that anyone use this service, as they truly don't care about their customers wants/needs. read more

I wrote a review when we first moved our stuff to this unit and this is a now from a more experienced viewpoint: Blanche has continued to be professional and easy to deal with. No complaints with her whatsoever, truly a gem of a lady. I do, however, have 3 complaints which will hopefully be of use to future storage space renters. The first complaint is about online reviews and pertains to ALL storage companies. Draw your own conclusion but who's really posting when the reviews sound the same, look the same, use the same syntax, etc.? You really can't trust the reviews of ANY storage facility. Best is to just go to whatever facility you're considering and look for yourself. The second complaint is after a year, if you're a good tenant and pay on time they jack up your rent. That's a Corporate decision and it punishes long-term loyal customers who pay on time and rewards those who aren't. So basically you have a year of consistent rent prices then you should plan to move to another facility if you happen to need longer-term space. The third complaint is that Public Storage advertises in huge print out front, and online, that $1 pays first month's rent. These unites are rarely available - if ever. Corporate, who sets these standards, should be ashamed of themselves for doing bait and switch. They'll claim there's a little asterisk in there and some fine print that says "on select units" or some such crap but where are these units? This also creates difficulties for the employees who have to deal with disappointed customers so double shame on Corporate. Why can't they be honest and give customers the first month for $1 or take down the signs? They got my money this go around but I'll never rent with them again nor would I recommend them to anyone because bait and switch is wrong. So triple shame on you people in Corporate. You're a model of how to piss off customers. read more

Blanche is efficient, pleasant and always quick to be of help. She is good person as a face of the company, very conscientious. We hold preferred stock in Public Storage and love the company and the dividend. The facility is well managed, always clean and neat. The building where we have unit is under air and is clean and safe. Would recommend Public Storage to friends. read more

Needed storage for a few months and these folks were incredible to work with. Always friendly and communication was crazy good. Within 15 minutes of me making my reservation I received a call. I ended up needing a different unit (less expensive), no problem. Asked if I needed anything to assist without trying to sell me anything. Just explained what was available. They honored the special move-in price, I moved in, they checked in to make sure everything was fine.... Very impressive. There was a small glitch with their computers the day I moved out and a week later I did get a partial month bill. Before I checked in they had already caught the problem and made a note on the account that it should be a zero balance. They explained that everything is automated and that it had not gotten entered in time and were very apologetic. Within an hour, I received another voicemail assuring me that it had been taken care of and that my account was paid in full, thanked me for my business, and asked for my business again if the need ever arose. Highly recommend this company. Excellent facility, great security, great staff. read more

I moved to the area 14 years ago and almost immediately needed a storage unit. I have had multiple units over the years and spent more money there than I even want to think about. HOWEVER, if you are going to have long term relationships with a business, you want them to be like this one. I think since the beginning, Blanche has been there. She runs a tight ship but is ALWAYS friendly and as helpful as anyone could hope for. The property is always clean and orderly and I have never seen one thing in disrepair. Now I am moving again and this time it's out of state so I have been buying boxes and packing materials like crazy. As always, Blanche is there to help and give a few kind words. She works hard and this is the only way I know to help repay her from her customers. I'll miss having a great storage solution so close to my house. Thank you Blanche and Public Storage! Blanche and Yvonne in the office very, very helpful and straight-forward. Knew all the answers to my many questions as I shopped for storage. The convenience of this location to my home, the ease of getting in and out, and Blanche helped make the decision to choose them. My big disappointment was on moving day when we had four full carloads to unload and move, there were no carts to be found. Finally, they found us ONE and we finished using it. Made it harder work on moving day having to carry things rather than cart loads at a time. I think a place this large should have more carts on hand - and keep a better eye on them. Saturday is a busy day there and they should have more than a total of THREE carts on the premises. That said, the location, condition, price, and staff are terrific. read more

Blanche was so helpful in getting me set up - taking time to show me different sized units and explaining the process (which I know is in her job description, but she was just so nice and welcoming). The property is well-kept and the units are clean. My only frustration (and it's more with the company itself than this particular franchise) is that the 1st month special offers only pertain to certain units (1 unit was 1/2 off for the 1st month, but ours of the same size was not). But other than that inexplicable aspect, I would definitely use this place again. read more

I have rented a storage unit from this location for almost three years now. From the day that I first stepped foot onto this property to the present I have been served by Blanche. I totally believe that she is an angel from heaven. She has always been helpful and loves to go above and beyond. Blanche takes pride in what she does and it shows.
