Fell On Hard Times during the pandemic They are nice just to get you in then they raise your rent within 6 months or less depending on what they want to do. They will not accommodate you unless your moving in. My rent started at $120 with insurance. They raised the rent 2x in 1 yr. My final rental payment was $235. It's ridiculous and a complete joke. The rats are big as a cat. They go through your things and pretend to not know anything. I lost my mom and dad within 3 months of each other and lost my job because I was their ONLY caregiver. I asked the manager multiple times if they would help me with the late fees because at the time I could only afford the rent. They didn't care. They wouldn't let me make a payment like I normally do because the manager honestly didn't care and just wanted to auction my unit. I lost a lot of things that were sentimental from my parents. I'm disgusted and hurt behind their treatment. I was always respectful even though they didn't care. read more

No rodenticide in storage units, and some Google reviews complained about rats. What cameras there are only covered the drive-up entrance. Regular 6' chain-link fence encloses many units. And it is bent back, where it has evidently been breached. I asked about burglaries and robberies, and the woman (she never introduced herself) said they had never had problems. But the area is notorious for crime, and I found this one-star Google review from two years ago. "I was here less than a month and came in and had a new lock on my unit. Found out my unit was one of five that were robbed and they never notified me. At a loss of more than $4k. Oh and the cameras that they say work, actually don't. The DM could not provide footage for the police. I'm pretty sure this was an inside job! Stay away!!!!!!" read more

This is worse than a DUMP! We had stored our belongings in a 10x20 unit in this property for less than 4 months. Two days ago when i went there to get a bed, I found 2 dead rats with lots of poop and urine all over. There were live spiders (harmful) and mold everywhere! The whole roof was rusted with leaks and you could see rust on the floor. I have taken pictures and will be happy to share with. I don't this I would like to find fault with the property manager as she is helpless. The guy who owns this property (district manager) should be help responsible . When we called him, he literally told us that he can't do anything and I should claim insurance from my renters. He told that rats, mice and spiders are not his problems! Can you believe this? So what is he renting us? A storage place or a DUMP? If you want to dispose your items once for all then yes this is the place. If you care about them, my suggestion is to find a better place that is clean and free from infestations if not climate controlled. We moved all our stuff to Extra Space Storage nearby that is just 22$ more than this DUMP for a 10x20 unit. read more
