Our unit was broken into and completely trashed. Many items were stolen and broken. Barely an apology from anyone. $ other units were broken into that same day. One unit had 2 classic cars stolen from inside. Luckily I had paid an extra $15 a month for insurance or there would have been no recourse. 2) Unit is infested with roaches. As I was cleaning up my unit after the break in I could not believe the infestation. I had to take special precautions to not bring these pests to our new home. This place is awful!!!

It's been over 35 days of haggling to get a refund and I just now received a check in the mail. Not only that, but it is not even for the full amount we were overcharged for. We should have never been charged the extra month, let alone only refunded a portion. I have yet to decide whether or not it's worth my time to fight for the rest of our money.
