I spoke with corporate multiple times to pay my balance, yet I was never informed that my unit was scheduled for sale. I was repeatedly told the property manager would contact me, but I never received a single call. After my unit was sold, I called twice requesting a call back from upper management and never received a response. The problems didn't stop there. The facility itself is poorly maintained. The gate and access codes frequently malfunction, making it difficult to access the property. On one occasion, I was actually locked inside the facility and had to call the police for assistance because the property manager could not be reached. To make matters worse, I was promised a free month of storage due to the ongoing issues, but that credit was never applied. There were also frequent concerns about security, including homeless individuals reportedly staying on the property at night. Overall, communication was nonexistent, customer service was extremely disappointing, and management failed to follow through on multiple commitments. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to look elsewhere for storage needs.

Learned the elevator shuts down if doors held open too long. How do you move large heavy things off an elevator then if the doors don't stay open? What the heck?! That is not a referral fee. You either offer a special to the new tenant or you don't. You either pay a referral fee or you don't. What you don't do is lead people on. The premises is in a dodgy area but is safe on the inside and clean (that's about the only nice thing to say about it).
