My stay at this location was from 8/27/2021-12/29/2021 I was rented a 5X10 corner unit. Huge door, tiny space and a side door I couldn't use. This unit was very dusty from day one. But during my short stay they hired a vendor to come re-pave the street. Whatever happened during this period of time caused dust, dirt and muddy water to go under both doors and literally covered all of my possessions. Everything was filthy. I was so upset... I approached the worker and asked what had happened. He explained semi defensively what had happened but softened up when he realized I was emotional not pissed off. He was kind thereafter and offered to help me clean up. Apparently this happened to everyone and our email fyi was our notice. The notice didn't say our things could be ruined though. I threw out many items I simply couldn't clean. Then I received an email saying my rate was increasing from $144 a month to $173 a month. The moment I received this notice I moved my things to another location for a fraction of the cost. New location is MUCH cleaner and cheaper. Beware. read more

This is a great location for storage - it's clean, nicely located and the manager David JR. is always friendly and super attentive on any calls and questions. This location feels secure and is well-maintained, plus I love the new gate entry by using your phone! I started in 01/2019 with a 5x6, upgraded to 10x10, and unfortunately had to to move out this month due to needing an even larger unit ASAP. David, Jr. was very accommodating and friendly. He made the process super easy and not at all stressful. He was very informative and detailed in making sure my questions were answered. I didn't at all feel pressured into buying extra things, however I decided to do so just to make our moving of boxes and items less worrisome. He went above and beyond to help us feel valued and appreciated. The storage and area itself is clean and nice. OMG. I had two storage units for 2 months. 15 days before my second month was up I got all my belongings out and closed out my account. Unfortunately, I lost the key to one of the locks. I paid $40 to have the lock cut open and I thought we were done. At the end of the month I get billed for the unit. I called and was assured there was no problem. I got a late notice on the bill I got for my long empty unit. Called again and was assured once tmore that all was taken care of. Got a third bill and second late notice. One more time with the verbal assurance. It's been nearly three months and now I have a collection agency sending me daily letters about the unpaid bill I never should have gotten in the first place and was told 4 times was taken care of. Our experience was very smooth. We called about a 5 x 6 unit and the same day we were able to reserve it, check it out, and complete the rental process. It was clean. David was very knowledgeable and helpful. There was only 1 person allowed in the office at a time and face masks were required. I had a terrible time with this place. I am currently renting a unit. It got broken into in the middle of the afternoon yesterday (keep in mind I bought the lock they recommended I buy from them). They waited until 5:58pm to call me to tell me of the break-in I called back a minute or 2 later and they did not pick up multiple calls. My unit along with a few others, was broken into in broad daylight. The facility is supposed to have video surveillance and a manager on property, and a security coded gate. My unit is right across from the office. I don't understand how the noise of multiple locks cutting off was not noticed. I received no apology and am hoping for compensation from insurance. Highly unsatisfied with their service. I would give zero stars if I could. read more

I'll start with the positive. The lady at the desk, Katie, very professional. Courteous. Had all the answers to my questions. If it was just about customer service, this would probably be a 4 star review. That's it for the positive. Now, for the reason it only gets 2 stars. This is hands down the DIRTIEST, most SPIDER INFESTED, RAT FECES HAVINGEST storage space I have ever rented. Put a bunch of stuff in there like a year ago. Went to go get some stuff out recently and EVERYTHING was covered in dirt from top to bottom. Not just dust, like you might get in an attic. This was dirt. Like street cleaning dirt. Like bottom of a garbage bin dirt. And there were SO MANY daddy-longlegs and silver fish OMG. There were rat baits, but it apparently that wasn't enough because there were rat droppings on the floor. Mice maybe? I don't know for sure, but rodent poop. Yeah that stuff. If you ever use this place, make sure everything you put in there is completely wrapped in plastic. If you don't, it will be gross when you retrieve it. read more

This Public Storage has a lot going for it - Great Location, Fair Prices, Good Hours and Location, however the best thing about it is the onsite manager Kim. Kim is always so friendly, polite and helpful. If anything comes up where you have a question or need some help, she jumps right in and resolves it. This is an awesome storage place! The facility is always clean and tidy and the unit was very well cleaned. The units are very well protected so you don't have to worry about mildew or dirt. Plus the unit comes with a a big bucket of moisture absorber which was great! Kim is also amazing and extremely nice, she is always quick to help. I needed to store furniture to thin out my place to show it for an open house and before moving into my new place. I had the unit for two months. Everything was fine with the unit and service setting up the deal. I liked the automatic payment and the ability to terminate the unit as long as we did it before the 15th I would have liked it if there was access after 9pm and was a bit weirded out by the same homeless guy there every day just sitting there hanging out in front of his unit by the front gate. read more

There is absolutely nothing fun about moving, especially when you have to store your belongings when showing your home for sale. Public Storage made an odious job easier, with their friendly service and assistance with maneuvering through the process of setting up, moving out, etc. Even after leaving, we forgot to leave the lock open, and when the post office managed to misplace the envelope with the key in it, they were kind enough to break the lock and only charge us partial rent for the month. If I were forced to move again, I wouldn't hesitate to use Public Storage again. read more

I recently went through a separation and owned the entire contents of my home and decided to move in with family so I needed a storage unit. I was very unsure on how big of a unit I needed but Kim, the manager was extremely helpful. We talked about what I was moving into the unit and how big things were and she said she could help direct me on how to pack things to gain the most space. Going through such a difficult time she was caring and understanding and very compassionate. I probably would have burst into tears every time I took a load to my unit but she was always there with her pleasant hello's and always cared enough to ask how I was doing. This is not just a location where you go in and out and never speak to anyone. This location, because of Kim is a place where you'll feel taken care of. I had the best experience here. Paper work was quick and thorough. I definitely recommend this location above all others. read more

I had a storage unit there and it was broken into. They don't have anyone watching the place from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. I don't understand how you can have a business open at night for 3 hours without anyone watching the place. Basically, it is a free for all during those hours. Anyone can come and go as they please and do anything they want to in there. Also, they have no cameras there except on the main gate. What a joke!!! read more
