At first I liked this facility. The staff was and is friendly and professional. However last year I was planning to sell some rugs I had there in storage. When I pulled them out they were completely destroyed by moths. They had all been professionally cleaned and stored wrapped. I had paid the extra charge of 11 per month for insurance so I was given a fee for them. It maybe covered the cost of one rug. Now that the pandemic has hit. If I'm a few days late on my rent the emails come and the repeated calls come. There is zero care for our current situation. They treat you like you haven't paid in 6 months not a week late. Just know this is what can happen if you rent at this facility. I don't know whether this is a Public Storage issue in general or it's this particular owner of this one. There are no ceilings on the units for ventilation so anything that's in anybody else's unit can get in your unit ie. bugs and rats any kind of vermin you could imagine germs Covid bacteria. If you can minimize your belongings and spare yourself getting a unit my advice is do that. read more

This storage facility was great! I had planned a move in and had gone off the access hours listed on the website (which need to be updated!!) but on the day of the move they told me that access has been reduced to office hours only. The lady checking me in was super understanding, and let us stay after office hours to complete the move in- total life saver! The check in process was fast and professional, and knowing someone lives on site (and the presence of the gates, codes etc) makes me feel like our stuff is safe! read more

The facility is clean (new) and the employees are very friendly and accommodating. It seems to be in a safe location not far from the freeway. However, my online rate of $27 a month turned out to be $32 (I guess I was the fine print exception?) + required insurance (I chose the cheapest option of an added $11 a month). All in all, I'm happy keeping my things there. read more

By far one of the best storage facilities I've been to. Friendly, helpful and with a lot of sense of humor. Climate controlled units every floor. Although I'm not getting that much air but it may have something to do w me being on the back corner of the building. Overall it's super clean and super easy to get to your unit, unlike the other dump storage ETC. what a dump that place is, few of the staff there are horrible and that's only one of the million reasons I left as I kept seeing bird poop all over the floor. Glad I end up here and I'm paying about the same with cleaner longer access hours and best staff. read more

Sally and her team have been wonderful stewards of our community as they have graciously supported, stored, moved, set up, took down all the many things needed for our community. Including but not limited to the 4th of July annual fireworks show (storing, setting up and breaking down) platforms, equipment, etc and the storing and distribution of thousands of cleaned coats donated by the community to the many community outreach programs in town. This location is extremely clean and the staff is helpful. We had a few instances where other occupants were changing in the corridors and we brought it to managements attention. Not sure if they did anything about it as no information was provided to us. Also, our monthly charges increased by $30 only after 3 months of renting a unit. read more

This shiny new facility is the Shangri-La of storage lockers. Unlike so many retro-fitted warehouses, the location and layout are super-convenient, with wide hallways, high ceilings and three spacious elevators. All this comes at a higher price than local competitors but the sharp attentive staff and extra security measures make it a good value. read more

THIS FACILITY IS NOT SECURE!!! You do not want to storage you personal belongings here. I just moved out of my house and put all of my personal items into storage at this facility. I also purchased a cylinder lock from this Public Storage facility because they told me they were "very safe". They kept reinforcing that my locker was a "high security, climate controlled unit". Four weeks later, I returned to my storage locker to find that my personal items (including a file cabinet with 20 years of financial documents, birth certificates, tax returns, and bank statements) had been stolen. There was no sign of tampering with the lock or the door so...clearly, it was an inside job. I am now having to deal with identity theft. I have gotten the Glendale Police involved. The management team at this facility has been completely unresponsive. DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS HERE! IT IS NOT SECURE! read more

Randy signed us up for our unit. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The facility is new and clean. Located near the freeway which is a plus. No contracts for extended periods. Month to month rentals and easy downsizing when necessary. Only drawback is the flatbed carts are not accessible after 6pm. So, if you have heavy stuff to move, you're on your own. I can't tell you enough how hard these guys over here work. DYLAN and FELIPE!!!!! You guys are amazing! My boyfriend and I had started renting a unit over here in March. Everything was smooth until we decided maybe we should get a smaller unit (not remembering how much we had in this unit). To make a long story short, we mistakingly cancelled our first 10x5 unit and went with a 5x4 before realizing how small it was and we had a rough time trying to get back our old monthly payments but getting back our old unit was not a problem. Dylan and Felipe took the courtesy out of their busy time to go ahead and call corporate for us just so we can get our monthly payments back down to what it was before. Dylan was so sweet even though I was killing him with my phone calls just to follow up on what's going on he still was so cheerful even over the phone telling me everything would be okay and that he was constantly thinking about it. Dylan seriously is a very hard worker over there as well as Felipe. Both of them are just amazing! If I can give more stars I definitely would! Thank you guys so much for everything you guys did! I've been renting at this location for about a year now and live this location from the clean facility to the wonderful staff (especially Teresa). Access hours are from 6 am to 9 pm very convenient and carts are available during office hour to help you with your bulky items. When it came time to vacate they we're very helpful and tried to hold on to me as they very much valued my business. I moved into my 1,000 sqft apt and don't have anything else left to store but I will definitely use this facility in the the future. read more

This place is nice and clean and the staff friendly. The one star rating is due to their corporate customer service and policies. After a week I decided I wanted to put more in storage than I had originally planned. I called the location office to upgrade to a bigger unit. turns out, it isn't possible to upgrade a current (1 week in) unit. I have to get another unit with no move in discount plus still pay for the full month of the unit I've had a week. So basically pay for two units when I only needed 5 more feet of space. I called the national customer service and was told the same thing. I explained that I'm trying to give them more money. They gave me the alternate choice to move out of my unit then get a different unit in 7 days. When I said this was horrible customer service the person asked if there was anything else they could do. I had to laugh. I said she could figure out how to make this work. She responded with "have a nice day" then hung up on me. I called the new Extra Space just down the street. I had planned to move from an Extra Space location in LA to the Public Storage location as it was more convenient and their prices were good. Even though I'm an existing customer with Extra Space they still gave me a month free and will prorate the month at my old unit. If Public Storage had figured out how to do this they would have had a customer for at least the next 2 years but now they've lost a customer forever. read more

My experience: I made a reservation online. Within 30 minutes a personable woman named Teresa called me back to to schedule an appointment. When I arrived she was ready to meet me promptly. She gave me a tour of the faciity and my prospective stoage space a 10"x 20". She anwered my many questions patiently and she helped me register and sign up professionally. I would like to commend the young woman manager Teresa as being an execellent representative for the Public Storage Company. She is obviously intelligent, professional, patient, and very experienced in her position. Not to mention that while she was assisting me so expeditiously, she was also training a new worker.
