I have been agonizing over other locations for the last several weeks and glad ESS seems to be very clean, safe and affordable. I would totally recommend enterprise self storage. It's so clean and easy to access the building with and app no key which is awesome.

I have been here a long time and this place is convenient, clean and I am fine with the gate hours. Bathroom is clean and smells nice. Rebecca was the best! She really cared for the customers. She may come off at first not friendly, but she definitely went over and beyond to accommodate people. Since she retired, her new replacement isn't that friendly. She's not rude at all, but she doesn't seem like the type that will try to accommodate you and her energy is just off. When she say that she will return your call, she doesn't, at least with me, she didn't a couple of times. And parking sucks. When I first started renting here, they had more than enough parking, but they build more storage, but it seem like they didn't take account of the parking situation. There's 3 parking spots inside the gate and one spot outside the gate and one handicapped parking spot outside the gate. You can make it work if there's 3 cars parked inside already, but you may have to do some moving around once someone is ready to leave. And the first time I parked in there, I panicked because I didn't know how to get out and it was after office hours. There's no keypad inside to get out. And I found out during another trip by a customer, that there's another gate to exit out of and it has a sensor. But it doesn't exit to the main street. Then I found out by someone else there's an app to open the front gate to exit, but you will have to go in to the office to find out about that. This should all be sent out in an e-mail, letter or something. They should have instructions on how to get out posted in the gated area/garage. And most of all, the ramp in the garage that lead up to the storage is horrible. It's extremely difficult pushing the cart up and/or down with your cart full of things. New the new building, there's no problem, but if you have a storage in the older building, it's extremely difficult. I would definitely recommend this place for the convenience and the competitive prices. As far as the manager, I don't see her as much and I still don't know about the gate thing. I guess I just take the hard way so I don't have to deal with the management. read more

We've been with Enterprise Self Storage, in this location, for 10 years with our non-profit business. We have grown with them throughout the years to bigger units, and found them to be the most affordable, clean, and friendly (family-owned) business in the business of storage. We get sponsored beverages that last us 1-2 years for various events we hold because of the temperature-controlled facility, and that was important to us as a growing organization. We heard of similar organizations having to throw out in-kind product because their storage units would get up to 100+ degrees in the valley summer. There have been a lot of stories where the staff have gone above and beyond to work with us, like even helping us move from one unit to another, but just know that this isn't just another storage place to put your stuff. 8-30-22 I have had a storage unit with Enterprise Self Storage longer than I had hoped due to not having the size home that I need at this time.
