I pay $140 per month and work a 9-6 job, so it's now impossible to access my belongings unless I take a day off of work. They hooked me in with the $1 for my first month but increased my monthly payments after 6 months, notifying me by email. I called about it and they extended my regular pay for an additional 3 months, but made me pay the extra costs for the month of November in order to avoid late fees. You can bet I'm going there and I will be canceling and moving my things out my February.

Mr Carlos Sosa stated he could come at 6:30 am, 12 pm or 5pm/6 pm. I agreed to 5 pm. The movers were stuck on another job at 5 pm and I was told they would arrive soon. At 6 :30 pm I was told they were 5 minutes away. They arrived at 8:30 pm. Because of this I missed another appointment.They request you pay $190 as soon as they arrive to guarantee they get paid for 2 hours. I requested a stop at my storage which was 2 minutes along the way to my new location. I was told $40, agreed to $25 extra. The movers were very young, but very careful with items. They drove slower than Mr Magoo. I was unable to put stuff in storage and now have to hire someone else to come get the items that do not fit!!!! Was told it was my fault for not sticking to the 12 pm time. WOW!! Would not recommend this company to anyone.

We were given 3 movers, and at the time my dad was in the hospital needing a triple bypass, so it was just me and my mom. They refused to talk to my mom, since my dad set up the move. They didn't bring tools, dolly, anything. They took everything apart, and stopped working a hour in because they didn't think they would finish. They spend 2 hours on the phone with the company, and the company quoted us a new quote. 2,500. And that they wouldn't be able to move us till Monday now. Again we still had to pay for the "4 hours" which was one out of labor. My mom told then no and to just bring what's in the truck (which was 1 king, 1 full, 2 twins the bedframes to all beds in pieces, our kitchen table in pieces, our dryer but not our washer, and my moms desk in pieces. And maybe 20 boxes). Oh let's not forget one of our movers was 76 and not moving anything. When they dropped our things off they didn't even put together anything!
