I was extremely impressed by how quickly they completed the move. In less than two hours, they managed to move my entire two-bedroom apartment from the old to the new apartment. The team arrived with a 26ft truck which was well-equipped with straps, dollies, and furniture plastic wrap and fabric sheets. They were incredibly well-prepared, and they took great care to protect the integrity of my furniture. The movers were friendly, which made the entire process comfortable for me. A very nice experience with family owned start up business. They committed to the agreement even though they were behind from the morning move from another client. Don't expect a a white gloves service since their rate is very economical. We didn't have expensive furniture or belongings so we only need some blankets, cardboards, do damages to the property, etc.. That were all we really care, and they delivered. Some minors scratches and hits on the floor and wall, but taking down stuff from a narrow stairs weren't easy. Again, they didn't charge me white gloves service. read more

Blanca, Carlos and Jason were amazing. Not only were they available on short notice, they were competitively-priced and handled every aspect of this move with efficiency and care. This was for a single item (a very heavy TV console). They arrived on time; met me at seller's high-rise; quickly prepped the console; drove to my residence; and swapped out my original console with this replacement. They were great with my move this morning! They arrived on time and wasted no time getting everything loaded and on the road. I even had a couch that needed to be moved from a room with a very narrow opening on the second floor of my home and they were so careful bringing it down the stairs. There were no damages made at all with these movers. They were very professional and careful with all of the furniture. This was by far my best experience with movers ever. They were super easy to communicate with and even were understanding when I needed to reschedule due to some construction on the exterior of the building I was moving into. They were careful with my belongings and worked fast. I moved from one apartment to another in the same complex and they didn't even go over 2 hours. I was really impressed. I was able to get my family moved from a 2br to a 3br house within a fast time and reasonable price. The Amaya team had difficulties with their truck heading to me and I had to get a rental, but I was given a discount for my overall fee.
