Update: flex storage did reach out to fix the issue We were quoted 950 for a 4 bedroom house, garage, and we listed in the contract all the heavy items. We were given 3 movers, and at the time my dad was in the hospital needing a triple bypass, so it was just me and my mom. They refused to talk to my mom, since my dad set up the move. They didn't bring tools, dolly, anything. They took everything apart, and stopped working a hour in because they didn't think they would finish. They spend 2 hours on the phone with the company, and the company quoted us a new quote. 2,500. And that they wouldn't be able to move us till Monday now. Again we still had to pay for the "4 hours" which was one out of labor. My mom told then no and to just bring what's in the truck (which was 1 king, 1 full, 2 twins the bedframes to all beds in pieces, our kitchen table in pieces, our dryer but not our washer, and my moms desk in pieces. And maybe 20 boxes). Oh let's not forget one of our movers was 76 and not moving anything. When they dropped our things off they didn't even put together anything! Then they send two young kids to move my stuff. They slide my 250-300lb dresser down concrete stairs on its top. I witnessed it about half way down. So I'm thinking no problem, surely negligence is covered. NOPE! Janella with Flex's Claims Team said my 97lbs dresser would received no coverage. do not use they do not use straps moving blankets they just stack all you belongs into a long bed trailer. They damage or furniture and broke the foot off dresser we file a claim on three items and total they would refund is $190. If you value your belongings call someone else. read more

I am not emailing anyone again, I've been emailing your claims specialists Aaron and no avail then he wanted to give me a "curtesy" $65 as if that will solve that fact that I was basically scammed and in his email regarding the $65 he framed it as it was to be for an hour of moving when I pointed out it's $130 per hour he stated the refund was for one mover's hour, you ppl really are playing with ppls lives and money. you all charged my card without my permission and I have no documentation outlining a service fee. When it was charged your invoice did not say what it was for, those invoices are better uses as scratch paper as they have no information. read more

I strongly encourage anyone considering Flex Moving Services to look elsewhere. What was meant to be a thoughtful, stress-free moving gift from my family turned into one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I've ever had. Not only did the movers arrive with poor attitudes, but they also handled my belongings carelessly. As a result, multiple pieces of my furniture were damaged, and even my brand-new home sustained damage during the move. This is completely unacceptable, especially when you trust a company to handle your personal property with care. To make matters worse, after spending over $1,000 on this service, I received little to no support from corporate or customer service. There was no meaningful effort to resolve the situation, no accountability, and no proper reimbursement for the damages. My recomnendation is that you do not use these people. In our case, they took an unauthorized deposit without a contract in place. The proposed, unsigned contract did not even have the correct move-from or move-to addresses. That did not stop them from taking an unauthorized deposit. We had to fight to get the deposit returned after they initially refused to return the deposit. I suggest that you do not share your credit card info with them. They charged our card without a contract in place or even calling to verify basic details such as addresses. We are fighting to get our stolen money back. UPDATE - Finally we got our money back. This was a headache, but Stephanie was able to resolve it. It is also a good thing we we able to stop the payment at the credit card company. read more

first of all, choose another moving company. They have difficulty finding manpower to actually load the trailer that they sit in front of your house, which can sit in front of your house for hours before anybody attempts to show up. Horrible customer service. They would rather hold you to the letter of the contract even though they are the first ones to break the contract and when you try to resolve the issue by still trying to work with them They only want to get the money from you. again find yourself another moving company. had a short mover less than 1 mile. four guys moved our belongings. 1. a 55 in tv was damaged they pretended they were going to use correct boxing but when we were gone they dropped it. did not find it until u tried to watch tv and the display was damaged 2. my master bed was damaged and not set up properly in the new home - blatantly careless 3. my furniture was damaged 4. the employees sat on my furniture in my house when they grew fatigued - I had to tell them to get off of it 5. I had a ps3 that I was stolen and did not make it to the new house 6. antique furniture was damaged and- no salvage value if you want to protect your goods, dont rely on these guys. everything will hit the ground. read more

I wish I could list every specific issue we experienced during our move, however Google limits how long my review can be, so I'll keep it short. I believe at the end, their ploy is to offer a lower rate at booking in hopes to get more money out of you when the move is over. When we booked the trip, we booked it in a way that made logistical sense, and were upfront with the amount of things we had to move. The day of the move, the movers showed up at the wrong location, and showed up with only a box trailer. We all as a group, spent time trying to figures out what was going on and why things weren't lining up like we planned, all while our move time, unknowingly to us, had already started. We spend an honest 30-40 minutes trying to figure out what was going on. It was only by chance of me asking that they disclosed they had already started their time. While they claimed we only requested moving for a furnished 1 bedroom apartment and 20 boxes, when they packed up the truck ultimately only 11 boxes and some furniture fit. This is what really bothered me, because if you're going to argue that I didn't disclose everything that I was moving, the least you can do is move what you said you were going to move. However they couldn't even do that. As a result of the tight space, many of my items were broken or damaged. My husband and I anticipated some things breaking when we saw how forceful they were with pushing things in the truck to make it fit. I understand that in moves, some items will be damaged. However some of the items they broke they hid in other containers. I also hate thinking that the only reason many of my items were damaged was because they didn't provide adequate space. Their customer service department is not helpful at all. When speaking with them, the only options we were offered were to pay more for a second trailer or pay more to additional trips. I told them, solutions that required me to pay more money for a mistake they made were unacceptable. The lead customer service representative, Aaron, agreed that if these options were given to them, he wouldn't be happy either. I ultimately figured out they just wanted more money from me and tried to see if I could just share my experience with his leadership, Aaron told me that he would email us and CC leadership, however they would more than likely not respond. I also followed all the proper channels after the move to try and dispute the charge because I don't feel it's right I pay full price for services they didn't provide, and I also think it's wrong that they started our move time while we tried to figure out their mistake. We're at day 7 and still no response. I guess Aaron was right about 1 thing, they won't respond. If you can use another moving company, please do so. read more

Flex used subcontractors (was not informed of this before hand) to move me. They were not movers, they dropped my belongs, dragged furniture, didn't use blankets. They drove onto my land ( there was no road) ran over my water line and buried the truck. They busted my water lines with shovel trying to get truck out. They left huge holes on my land. I was informed by Flex that they are not responsible for the damage. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company to move someone's belongings. read more
