I've been storing my boat here for a few years now. It seems that there's always one problem or another with the Jackson property. For SEVERAL months the gate was broken and stayed open all of the time. They finally fixed the gate, but did away with 24 hour access. The gate can only be opened when the office is open. Which isn't from 9-6 M-Su, by the way. Which is very ironic since before, there WAS 24 hour access. But now that the gate is fixed, you can only access the property during NORMAL business hours. I've been there a couple of times between 5-9 and I couldn't get in. The outdoor lots are horrible. When I first moved in, I mentioned that the trees and bushes were so overgrown that I could barely access my boat. Several months later they trimmed it a little. Probably Brandi had to do it. She works her butt off making sure that complaints are taken care of. But it shouldn't be her job to trim trees. Corporate should give up some of their stingy money and hire a groundskeeper. Every year, between Spring and Fall, I have to deal with huge ants, spiders, and various other bugs that are inside of my boat and all over the tarp. I mean, the tarp is literally covered with them...on both sides. All because Corporate won't allocate tree trimming along the fences. The lack of 24 hour gate access is my main complaint. To the point that I'm now looking for another place to store my boat. It's unfortunate, because this location is pretty handy for me. But I can't get my boat after work and on weekends like I used to be able to. read more

Liars. My step dad passed away and told my mom that she could not enter the storage unit until a month after he passed, She goes to call and pay the amount owed and they auctioned all of our memorabilia and personal belongings to some stranger without telling her and before the month was up until she could get in. Would not recommend as they lie and just want your money and be able to sell your stuff. read more

This place is like an slum lord rental. There isn't even and exit that goes thru, if you have a big uhaul, you have to maneuver it back and forth to turn around in a raggedy driveway that has craters everywhere. The doors on the inside storage are plywood , with some of them having 5" holes at the bottom. They don't have carts to transport your stuff to and from your vehicle, so you have to carry one by one ... I have never seen a storage unit without carts for their customers. I'm not sure what others were talking about in their reviews but this storage unit is open after business hours and it's secure with your own code. I'm glad it's not 27/7 because it allows for less theft. They have been very kind to me. read more

DO NOT USE!!! This company has recent multiple break-ins and doesn't inform renters about what's happening on their grounds. If I would have known about last weeks break-in, I would have pulled everything out...but instead...they keep hush hush about what's going on and I lost a bunch of personal belongings. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Even though I paid with a credit card, my unit is locked. I've been to the unit 3 or 4 times, and it's almost full with my property. And now the damn thing is locked. Since I went there after hours, I wasted a trip, and I can't get back into my unit until normal business hours. read more

I have had used this storage faculty since September of last year since they have gotten a new manager this place has became not a very recommended one i storage a car there and I had to shovel it out of 3 1/2 feet off snow that was plowed against it by the plow company and not having any care or respect for my property. Including the snow getting pushed inside of my rims causing damage to me vehicle. I had to go get parts to replace it I called and explain the problem told them i be in there on the 23 or after to pay they said it was fine and now they're saying they're going to auction the vehicle which isn't there and that is in shop do to the damage that was caused by the plow company plowing snow against my car and packing it into me rims and wheels. I use to recommend this place to everyone but since they've gotten a new manager there that don't give a damn to there customer property it's to do along with not willing to wait till the 23 of this month for me to pay the bill cause i was repairing the parts on the vehicle that store there damage. . read more
