I had 2 units which were 1 months late. I sent a money order ( no options ) that money order was applied to another person's unit. In total my bill went from $88.00 for 10x20 to 148.00 overnight. A 5 x15 went from $35.00 to $65.00, Late fees 20.00 on the 6th and if not paid it's another 20.00 and the overclock fee is $15.00...so you can imagine 2 units both late and $1,000 later still not able to get into my units. One stop DID NOT HAVE THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR MOST CUSTOMERS. SO MANY OF US DID NOT KNOW WE HAD overlooked units and out standing balances. NO LETTERS AND NO CALLS, NO CONTACT OF ANY KIND FROM NEW MANAGEMENT. SOME LOST UNITS/MOST MOVED OUT DUE TO THE ABSURD AMOUNT OF FEES. I recently was laid off from my job and I called to at least let them know I was going to be late. IVE BEEN ON TIME AND NO COMPLICATIONS KIND OF CUSTOMER and yet I was just told there will be 2 late fees and an overlook fee totaling $50.00 if it was going to be more than one week late. I've been honest and kind with this review. If your looking for storage look for other options in JACKSON MI... This place will charge you INSANE FEES AND RATES.

You never want to hear the moving crew say "we should have brought a bigger truck." I hired movers…read morebecause my husband and and I are senior citizens and we could afford the cost of the movers. The quote was around $2500-$2800, but we were only charged about half of that because they ran out of truck before we ran out of stuff. One of the movers told me they didn't like moving televisions, couldn't I just take that 80" TV in my car because they didn't have the proper equipment with them to move them. They made one load and we spent the next 4 days lifting and moving stuff in our vehicles--something we tried to avoid by hiring movers. This service was not worth the high cost of having to move things ourselves. We had used the service twice before, but never again.

Besides being more competitive with pricing, I immediately recognized the friendly let's do what it takes attitude Mark displayed. I was dealing with a local owner/ operator whom cared. I made several changes to my schedule and each time I was met with extreme flexibility and a can do attitude. I can't speak more highly nor recommend a better organization than Units. Each employee from the owner,sales GM/ driver were so awesome. Definitely will repeat when my next move happens (hopefully a long time from now)
