Worst Storage Business ever, this particular location makes the brand look bad, attendant is never there, someone backed into my unit and it took 6 months for me to get access into it. Denise is the only good thing about this company because she exhibits excellent customer service. On another note this facility is awful and corporate customer care is terrible (Chase with their corporate office refused to take my complaint and hung up.) They have rodents and insects.The temperature reflects 80 plus degrees it is not climate control although they claim it is. Popcorn ceiling white matter is all over my items. Management never returned my calls, corporate refused to take my complaint. They have charged us late fees and excessive fees for a lock cylinder unable to reuse anywhere except with them. Do not rent here try other clean, pest free facilities and good customer service such as Neighborhood Storage or Extra Space. This facility manipulates you in with the one dollar but you end up paying a lot more for spiders and rats and insects to invade your items... My comment in addition too above statement from May 26, 2019 You guys are a ripoff I just moved my stuff in there and you keep taking money not due I will seek other storage companies and dissolve this relationship. Poor customer service never able to reach anyone and unfair billing practices. read more

My people were desperate to find a place to store my old RV. It was late at night this was the only place they could find.I had come back to find it stored in the creepiest space "space 911"! It was parked for 20 months in this spot next to a building. Some vandals had decided to climb on the roof and cut down one of my cameras. They threw a stone through one of the windows and cut the sidewall on one of my inner rear tires. Someone left behind a Taco Bell box on the roof. There was a violent wasp nest above the driver side door. I got stung on the palm of my hand swatting one away from my face. This place has no security the adjacent properties are at the tops of the fences. There is broken glass and furniture pieces everywhere. Management made no effort to help me with it. It was a costly repair. read more

Tiera young property manager has been circling the parking lot watching me my whole 7 months on the property. This is a storage unit not a prison yard. I am a customer not an inmate. I check on my belongings now and then because their is a bunch of theives around this woman's storage location. I pay for my space in return should have privacy and I should be be able to tend to my property as long as its before closing. May 25th 2023 tiera young ( property manager ) call me saying I have 7 days to leave the property or she will dispose of my belongings and bill me a disposal fee. Her reaso. For terminating my lease contract which I secured online not at this location because they are very discriminatory. Still didn't help because this person dictate when she wants to kick me out. She is breaking the law. I would not recommend this location to anyone. They will prey on your belongings in hopes to auction it off. If things aren't working as planned this happens. Forced off the property. Anyone know of a lawyer i can talk to about this event ? Please feel free to contact me. This is very inconvenient and being very technical with a paying customer doesn't help your business. I have shown nothing but respect to this location but this is a sick act on this public storage behalf. Not cool ( location 6909 tara Blvd ) very predatorial behavior from staff. read more

The customer service is awful at this place. I went there several times during normal business hours and no one is there. I've called and no one answers the phone. The guy that works there is so rude. I used this place because of the location was good for me at the time, but I wish I had used another company. I tried to schedule my move out and couldn't because it doesn't work on the website and no one answered the phone at the business. I would not recommend this place. read more

I see some bad reviews about this public storage... I just rented a unit about two weeks ago and I gotta say that the place has obviously changed employees and revamped training future employees how to treat customers .. I made the reservation online and actually accidently rented a unit too small meaning to rent the 10+10 I rented a 5+10 and that won't fit my belongings and furniture for a one bedroom... I called customer service "online" and they gave me therunaround.. the woman at the actual unit called a few minutes later confirm my reservation... I let her know now I accidently rented a unit too small and she let me know she could take care of it for me... She made my appointment to come in to get my keys and sign paperwork... During Covid19 you must wear a mask and all in office... They have contactless leasing a storage unit... The keys and lockare inside the unit and all paperwork is done on kiosk... The woman is behind plexiglass so that made me feel very safe... She was very sweet and very knowledgeable... She went as far as driving a golfcart to show us how to get to our unit and how to navigate how to easily get to our unit and get out of the gates... I like public storage because on top of my things being locked in storage there is a gate that requires your access code to enter... Not some regular storage place with the gate never secure... The wow factor was the fact that public storage first month is 1 dollar and the next month was discounted half price... Awesome place read more

i came into the store and wanted to look at a unit. Shaneequa the nice young lady at the front explained to me the whole spill with PS. I was amazed at the knowledge that she had acquired and was truly amazed. She was very nice and professional and had a GREAT BIG SMILE!. Needless to say I didn't get a storage because I am not ready yet (a few weeks) but I did by some packaging supplies and the way I was treated you think I bought the whole store. When I am ready to do business I will def. come to this location. FYI to management Please HIRE MORE PEOPLE LIKE HER!!!!!! read more
