My bill started around $70, I just received a notice my bill is now priced $204/month. I didn't even get the notification to my phone like I do for my payment reminders, luckily I was cleaning my emails and saw it, then logged in to confirm it on the app. Its like it goes up every 6 months, yet on the website for my storage location/size they have the starting pricing at what I paid. I guess when they dont get the business us customer have to pay. I will never spend my money here again. Its not worth it.

Extra space doesn't give a full year before they increase payments, usually 2 or three times within that year. Storage bandits, and there's nothing you can do about it except go clear your stuff out! Didn't have an issue with this business until I sent a notice to vacate…read more I received confirmation that the notice was granted... however, I was charged for the next month. They sent a notice that the site was removing customer locks and installing a new lock at no cost to the customer. Called customer service for a refund, they said that I had to physically go to the location to get the key (for a lock that I didn't place on the unit) and remove the lock before a refund can be issued. I live an hour away...I was told the policy was to have the ex-costumer come in and show ID; but I didn't have to come in for them to remove and replace my lock. Again, I received confirmation that my notice was granted; my lock was replaced; I was charged for additional month and I have to drive an hour for a refund. If I had been delinquent, Extra Space would have had an auction or trashed my belongings. Cut the damn lock that I didn't put on the unit and submit my refund!!!!!!
