I was unaware of this until I called about a different discrepancy to address. I found out that the facility had a new manager Ms. Shequita and upon explaining to her the situation, she was the one that informed me of the correct policy. Ms. Shequita Is the Saving grace of this facility. She is the reason this is a 5 review and not 3. Pros for the facility: super clean, gated, has surveillance & well maintained. Cons for the facility: I need access to my unit 24/7 since it is over 2 hours from where I am. Even though you have your own gate code to gain access, I only found out that you can't get in 24/7 when I drove over night to grab some items and the gate wouldn't open. So there are limited hours for access. I have never experienced that before with any other storage facility & I specifically asked the previous manager about access. So yea, Ms. Shequita is a 5 manager & she needs a raise.

I wasn't sure about storage sizes and she took me on a tour to see the various sizes. She's super sweet and personable. She was able to answer all my questions. Quick and easy move without a doubt. The facility is extremely clean. It smells nice. They have security in the evenings so feel comfortable coming at night. And the place in climate controlled. I was able to get a prorated rate due to mid month move in as well as a discount for having my own rental insurance. WHOOT WHOOT!

And of course I gave them a good review when I showed up the first time when moving in to the storage unit three months later when the manager quit and left everything open and all the bugs came in yeah that's when I had a problem and it destroyed everything I owned! They have no respect for their customers and the owner had the audacity to say I gave them a five star when I first got there of course I gave him a five star because he gave us the first month for free and then the manager quit and left the doors open and turned off the air conditioner in the heat and left everything open And damaged all my property

She is always helpful and available when there is a question or issue. And the facility is well taken care of. Better than other chains that no longer have a person assigned to manage the site. Other storage companies are no longer having a 'person' on site, and they have gone downhill fast. We are very glad CubeSmart has Ms Angela. She has been right on top of things. And when I had my hands literally full, she immediately rushed to my aid. You don't see that kind of customer service anywhere anymore. CubeSmart is blessed to have had Ms McCoy there manning the facility for years. Very satisfied as a customer.
