We started the paperwork, she explained everything and later delivered an envelope to me knowing that we were on a time schedule. So my wife and I stopped in and was greeted by Ann & Rick, what an absolute delight, Rick and Ann were so welcoming and friendly, great sense of humor and we connected immediately. it was very humid on the day we were moving into our climate controlled unit. Ann and Rick were driving around and stopped to see if we were ok. We lwere so hot, sweaty, and miserable, Ann's warm smile and Rick's quiet but friendly demeanor made us feel better and in a on few minutes Ann brought us each a cold bottle of water, we were so taken back by their kindness, and concern. Other storage companies are no longer having a 'person' on site, and they have gone downhill fast. We are very glad CubeSmart has Ms Angela. She has been right on top of things. And when I had my hands literally full, she immediately rushed to my aid. You don't see that kind of customer service anywhere anymore.
