Due to the changes in the mortgage / real estate industry, it has left me needing to get a storage space. So I have been there for over a year now. This manager from day 1 showed compassion and understanding. He has proven to be a very professional, attentive and fair representative of the company. Some how a misunderstanding came about and at the last minute (I do mean last) and she was able to fit me onto her site whew ! When we arrived she had just finished cleaning and treating the unit to be rented. We started the paperwork, she explained everything and later delivered an envelope to me knowing that we were on a time schedule. If you need a storage unit call about availability Ark fills up pretty quickly and the "special rates" are "good for six months only."
