The facility had multiple hurricane closures during that time and also underwent property updates (including solar panels), so it's hard to ignore the possibility that something happened during storage. The most frustrating part: I filed a formal complaint with detailed documentation and never received a single response. If everything goes perfectly, you'll probably be fine. But if something goes wrong, don't expect any follow-up or accountability.

She took the time to not only get me set up quickly and efficiently but also brought us extra water bottles to make sure we stayed cool and hydrated in the midday Florida heat.
