they said I need to Replace my back window so people wouldn't sleep in my truck. They then said they wanted me to go air up my tires because the fire department said they may need to move it in case of a fire. How are you moving it without my keys? This vehicle may not look expensive but I don't want it stolen by the homeless people they are letting live in it.. read more

I wouldn't bother with calling for reservations. I called and the way they explained it was it would be $24 for the start up or whatever they call it and then plus $1 for the first month fee. I get to the actual place and they charge me an extra $15 for insurance I had to have, then the person said I had to buy a lock, then there was some other fee as well, so what I thought was going to be around $30 after tax was $60 something. I called reservations back to ask how that happened and asked why they didn't say any of the other fees would be applied and their only answer was "we don't explain any other fees because we don't know the fees state to state" to me what is the point then if they can't even tell you the total. Also how can they see state to state what's available but aren't capable of looking up fees for each state, doesn't make sense to me. Also I was told my appointment would be at 2:30pm but if if I needed to be earlier I could come any time. I got there a little after 1pm, the sign on the door said "be back at 1:30" I came back at 1:40 and the sign was changed to like 2:45. The guy was in there eating lunch and got me taken care of but didn't seem too happy about helping me while on lunch but for one, why say to come by anytime if you're gonna be at lunch and two, why said you'll be back at 1:30 then change it again to another hour later. Idk, I won't be wasting my time and money with another Public Storage that's for sure. read more

The people that managed the place we're good. The guy even jacked up my truck and put it on blocks so that it didn't look like my truck had a flat. The only problem I have had is that someone (customer or Manager) was cleaning out a vehicle or storage. They put clothes in the back of my truck. Not so pissed that they did it and it is growing mold in the middle and rust on the bottom but more concerned that the manager did not catch it on the security monitor. This makes me wonder what else could go on while the managers are not looking. Maybe I should be concerned that car parts might go missing or in one recent case a Bel-Air went missing at another location and it was not found out that it was stolen until the guy dropped off the storage rent check. Life is hard enough without worrying about something I'm paying for. Pay rent...anybody can just take your stuff? read more

Rose is amazing! She is honestly such a sweetheart. My boyfriend & I are moving from Detroit to Phoenix, we stayed the night in okc & need to keep some things in storage as the uhaul was too dangerous. She was such a pleasure to work it & made everything so much easier. Love her. Would recommend this place to anyone! read more

Rose is very complicated to work with. 1 dollar move in does not apply to this location even though website and call center says so, but she will not do the special don't bother buying a lock you can only use the lock she has to give you. Call center will allow you to have auto pay by checking account but rose won't let you into the property from the day payment process starts says it has to clear first, 3 months of no late payment by me and yet from the 1st until the bank clears the funds I can't get into my unit. She has made my storage experience hell I only needed storage for a bit due to field training at Fort Sill before I found place in the city as I am retiring. I will never ever recommend this company to any one on base or off base. Also she takes forever getting your contract in order as she complains about her lack of computer knowledge and the speed of her computer. I have walked in on her telling the same exact story throughout the 3 months I have been there.... Steer clear of this Dump read more
