When I called the receptionist was very sweet and answered all of my questions. A few days later, the owner Mike came to our home and assessed how much furniture we had and gave me an estimated price for free. There was a trip charge but it was included in the estimate. The pricing was very transparent which was a relief. They were able to work with me around closing. On the day of the move the movers arrived right on time and quickly got to work. All of the guys were nice, clean cut, and worked methodically to get our things packed into the truck. The guys took great care of our stuff, using furniture pads and straps to protect our furniture. I was blown away by their efficiency. This would have taken us days and they accomplished it in hours. The guys had to take our doors off the hinge to get our fridge through but they did it with no problems. We met them at the new house and the guys placed the items in their designated areas. As the items came in were amazed by how quickly a house started to feel like our home. When it came time for payment, we received an invoice and payment was super simple! We tipped the guys for their fantastic work and now all we have to do is unpack our smaller items. We have been burned by other moving companies in the past, so I was hesitant to use another company, but I trusted my friend and was so glad I did. Deeply disappointed with my 8 hour, $1k moving experience. My original movers, booked weeks out,…read morebailed on me last minute but set me up with "Move OKC" saying they'd take care of me. It was two days before I had to close on my house so I was in a bind and agreed. Huge mistake. I was leery when they showed up smoking a blunt in the truck, but after getting into my storage unit this weekend and seeing how they literally piled things on top of each other --- sharp objects on my leather chairs, stacking chairs that weren't stackable, NOT putting my sectional on the pallets I painstakingly brought home NOR putting them on the tables like they said they would (I explicitly asked to put the sectional on something since it would cost about $5k to replace now), I have exposed sectional pieces that I wrapped on the storage floor, tables on their sides, including a marble top credenza (which now 2 of the 4 cabinet doors don't open) --- I am furious. Just unwrapped the 65 inch Samsung TV, that I had to wrap with the bubble wrap the box came with because they wouldn't, and the screen is broken. I had to look away when they were putting things in the storage unit at one point because I knew it'd stress me out but I did not expect this level. And they got my outdoor cushions caught on the door and it ripped when I went to open it. Don't hire them, learn from me. I was quoted a few hours, it took 8, I bought them food and tipped them each $40. Just don't do it. So irritated. I don't know what all has been damaged yet buy I regret using them.

The movers voiced that $80 was not enough of a discount and one of the workers actually pulled out a $20 bill to pay the other worker to call it even. I was very disappointed but left it at that. The next day I unwrap my 70 inch tv that was wrapped with my own blankets because the movers didn't bring furniture covers... my tv screen was cracked. I reached out to the owner (Duran) who is usually quick to respond when trying to get your business and he didn't respond until two days later. After letting him know the issue, he offered me $300 for an 11 month old 70 inch television. I respectfully declined because I cannot replace my tv for $300. He ignored my texts again and finally responded stating he is waiting on his business partner. I STILL haven't received a response or resolution. I am very disappointed and upset about all the money I will be dishing out. I suggest using a more expensive moving company so you can be sure that they have insurance to replace your items. I believe there is no plan to replace damaged items with this company and that's why I'm being ignored and given the run around. Very unprofessional and disappointing. They are so careless and unprofessional it's ridiculous. The movers are payed hourly and they took three hours just to move out of my 1 bedroom apartment. They let me know ahead of time and they surely tooook their time. They had no urgency or drive to carry anything and they took one thing at a time until we confronted them about their work. The biggest upsetting thing about hiring this company is their carelessness and how they handle your furniture. I requested couch covers and to protect my big mirror and they cracked it. Do not expect any care. We called their manager on the phone and they settled with paying for my mirror and an hour off but I later got a text message from one of the movers wanting my damaged furniture. They said that wanted my stuff due to their boss needing my furniture for insurance?!?! We called their boss and to get the story straight and the boss said they never requested the furniture. This was overall an extremely unprofessional experience and shady business. While moving, we let their boss know about the situation and they did not apologize or take any accountability but only was only reactive and said told me "we know you called our boss". Which was unsettling and just in awe of how bad of an experience this was.

The crew packed and transported my 85-inch TV, which ended up being severely damaged in the process. While accidents happen, it's a company's response to those accidents that matters. It has now been two months, and the company has essentially ghosted me. They refuse to return calls or provide any concrete updates on a resolution. Their only excuse is that they are 'waiting on their insurance.' A reputable, professional business would make the customer whole immediately and handle their own insurance claims internally, rather than passing the delay and frustration onto the client. Leaving a customer stuck with a broken TV for months is terrible practice. I highly advise against using this company.
