Not here, from my first interaction with Mike who was assisting from a nearby facility to my move in with Jeff, my questions were answered, and I was given fabulous assistance! This location is a little bit of a drive for me from Sarasota, however it is well worth it! Its clean, a good location, and I feel I will always be able to get assistance if and when it is needed! Jeff took his time, answered my questions, checked out my options and was a pleasure to work with, making this a great place for my overflowing household items:-)

I've had a unit less than a year. I wanted to be sure because I'm elderly, on a fixed income and it's very hard for me to move everything myself. Well, I just got notice that I have a SECOND rate increase in LESS THAN A YEAR! Talk about bait and switch! Also, the unit is barely climate controlled with huge roaches are everywhere, and there is no lighting inside the unit. At the rate I'm supposed to pay now, I would have been better off at Public Storage because they have REAL climate control, NO roaches and plenty of lighting, and it was closer to my house.

Laura set me up with a unit and made the move in date flexible to give the shady moving company time to deliver to my unit. She said she didn't want me to spend more money than necessary -especially considering what we had been through with the moving company. She was so nice and friendly. Like dealing with your favorite aunt who you love see during the holidays especially if your holidays includes a Joe Pesci clone attempting to steal you stuff and money!
