Well I went online to make a payment and I was only given option for full amount or full amount and next payment I asked if I could pay the fees next month and was told no my payments are now up to 217.00 from that initial 50.00 all my things are affected by insects. I'm at a loss for all the increases and lack of compassion for long time senior renters. I'm disabled and can not move these things on my own or I would have go to a newer nicer facility if you want a clean bug free unit. To store your items. Well late fee paid , total 245.00 now I can not adjust or remove auto pay. Online the I bot says you can but there is no online access to do this . I give up I guess I have to call office tomorrow. Then they kept raising It bi monthly and it is now at $200/month. Which is the same as the original larger size that we had. Which was the size of a large bedroom. This one is the size of a small closet. We have called and they told us it's dynamic pricing and all storage companies do it. And then, "Our rent goes up too". Well it's not an apartment and rents don't usually go up that quickly. It is usually yearly or bi yearly. I hate dynamic pricing. Airlines do it also. My job even does it once and awhile and I find it embarrassing when I have to explain it to customers. IMO if you are doing well why raise prices? It's not like they are raising our salaries when they do well. I was going to keep it longer at the $70 price even though it is still a waste of money. But $200?? Now I have to fly down there and close it up. My bad for not planning better the first time but my Dad was dying and we were more focused on that. But I recommend not getting storage lockers if you can help it.
