You want some sense that your stuff is secure. And you want to be able to get to it when you need to. A-AAAKEY hits on all these counts. I have a unit in the smaller building, separate from their main compound, tucked in behind the Whataburger. It's passcode access, elevator down, motion sensor lighting, camera surveillance. I never feel concerned when I visit my unit. If I forget to call in to pay, the manager happily calls me to remind me. No guilt trips. No threats. Just a pleasant phone call. I've had stuff in probably 20 storage places over the years and A-AAAKEY is among the best.

The quote that I submitted was $3500 from the company who installed the floors and they stated this was the cost to repair the floors. AMS offered $200 for the damaged floors. I have sent multiple emails called five times this month. I have been told by ACE and Joe that I have to speak with a "Specialist" by the name AB. So far, no emails or phones calls have been received by me from AMS. They also damaged two tables and drove in the grass with their truck and cracked my waterline. I filed for one table and the floors. I do believe they are just trying to wait me out and hoping that I will go away. They countered with an extremely low ball value that comes nowhere near the cost of repairing the items, much less replacing them. I asked how they came up with the reimbursement values, and was completely ignored. Was given a number to contact Jeff, but the few times they actually picked up the phone, Jeff was unavailable and never returned my calls. I was also given an email that is apparently never monitored, since I have not gotten a response from them that way either. This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced from a company. This complete lack of communication from them shows the quality of service they actually provide during their moves.

First, you can use their website to find the type of space you want and reserve it online. They even help you figure out how much storage space you need based on your stuff. I rented a small unit that I could drive my car up to to load and unload stuff. Second, the staff are very friendly and helpful. It was easy to fill out the paperwork and I bought a heavy duty lock there. (You don't have buy it there, but I appreciated I didn't have to go run around to get a lock). If you call them, they answer the phone and they go out of their way to help you. I had setup online bill pay and had some issues with it and they were very helpful in getting the kinks worked out. Finally, when I emptied the unit out I simply called them and that was it! No hassles. If you need a storage place with reasonable prices and great customer service, go here. You won't be sorry.
