Facts: I came to my unit November 6th to acquire winter clothing only to discover my unit had been burglarized and vandalized. The office personnel were not on the property, but I reached an individual the next day by the name of Samantha (Since terminated), who informed me that my unit was discovered without a lock on November 1st. She explained that someone had attempted to contact me [A lie- I have had no missed calls, voicemails or emails on the matter.] and promised to review the camera footage and compile the applicable paperwork for me then she would call me back. I never received that call. I returned a week later and was given keys to the replacement lock the property provided, along with the paperwork. (I've been very busy and unable to wait the now hour plus I've been waiting for an officer to be dispatched to place my report.) I returned December 4th and used that very key I was provided by the property to unlock the lock the property had provided only to discover my unit had been burglarized yet again!!! Two new office employees were available, one from a different location and one in training. They informed me that all the previous staff had been terminated, that they do not know how to access the camera footage and that they have been getting yelled at and confronted by other disgruntled renters who also have had their units broken into. While here today, speaking with yet another employee as I await an officer to submit my police report. I am being told that there have been no other reports of burglary recently at this location. Literally, as we were discussing this, another gentleman comes in and expressed his very recent experience of having his unit burglarized. Just facts....Take it for what it is worth. Awfully suspect to me. This is not the least expensive storage in the area...and most certainly not the most secure. Do your research. This property should not be one you consider.

I've been renting a unit there for a few years and both these individuals went the extra mile to help me with some past issues with my account there, and then helping making a change to a more cost-effective unit, assisted me in understanding the options, and walking thru with me to show me the various units available to make the best choice. They put so much time in assisting me, always with kindness, respect and genuinely deaireto provide the best customer service possible. We chose this location out of convenience and affordability. Unfortunately, the price should have tipped us off that the facilities weren't good. When we went to get our things out, there were rodent droppings EVERYWHERE and IN EVERYTHING. Luckily, there were no live or dead animals that we came across or I would have just given up entirely. We lost some precious memory items and several items of value which were destroyed or could not have been easily sanitized. It was gross, I felt so nasty after we cleared it out and I was gagging. Now we are stuck having to clean and sanitize what we could salvage and with the cost of replacing the damaged items. To top it off, you aren't allowed to throw things away. The dumpster is locked. A lot of people put their trash around the dumpster because of this so I'm sure the mice have a field day with that, too. Obviously, I'm upset but I don't think I have any protections in this case. Don't use this place. It's not worth the headache, loss, and health hazards to save some money.

The quote that I submitted was $3500 from the company who installed the floors and they stated this was the cost to repair the floors. AMS offered $200 for the damaged floors. I have sent multiple emails called five times this month. I have been told by ACE and Joe that I have to speak with a "Specialist" by the name AB. So far, no emails or phones calls have been received by me from AMS. They also damaged two tables and drove in the grass with their truck and cracked my waterline. I filed for one table and the floors. I do believe they are just trying to wait me out and hoping that I will go away. The icing on the cake was the workers asking for a tip after they damaged my property and my uncles. Marie, I see you responded to my review just like you did on Google. I have called the listed number you have provided and it goes to Joe or Ace who forward my call to a " specialist" who I learned to be by the name of AB. AB has not returned a single phone call or email. They countered with an extremely low ball value that comes nowhere near the cost of repairing the items, much less replacing them. I asked how they came up with the reimbursement values, and was completely ignored. Was given a number to contact Jeff, but the few times they actually picked up the phone, Jeff was unavailable and never returned my calls. I was also given an email that is apparently never monitored, since I have not gotten a response from them that way either. This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced from a company. This complete lack of communication from them shows the quality of service they actually provide during their moves.

Upon arriving at my home the droppings fell everywhere now I am faced to hire cleaners to pick up all this mess. I was paying $280 per month thinking that it was a safe and secure unit. The movers said they had never seen anything this bad before. I called the manager and apprised her of the situation and she refused to give me any consideration. She could have cared less.
